The handover of Zhao Hui's duties was simple. He passed his responsibilities as Business VP to the former leasing manager, Sun Wei. Sun Wei's promotion was meteoric; he never expected to take over as Business VP of Junxiao Square so quickly.
This position carried more clout in the industry than even the General Manager roles at many other squares!
Meanwhile, the former operations manager, Wu Fang, would be following Zhao Hui to Ningxi Province to develop the business.
Xu Jun would have to temporarily resume the General Manager duties for the Junxiao Square Store. Fortunately, the recently acquired Junxiao Squares were all operating smoothly, and negotiations for several more were in their final stages. This finally freed him up enough to manage the first store's affairs.
Although Sun Wei and Zhao Hui were both Business VPs, the authority Xu Jun granted them was worlds apart.
Zhao Hui had near-total autonomy. For important matters, Xu Jun's approval was basically a formality.
