Li Xiao let out a chuckle. 'She's always busy? Busy gossiping, more like!'
Entering the hotel's office area, Li Xiao followed her all the way to Gao Yue's office.
She said to the assistant, "A guest for President Gao!"
The assistant immediately stood up and said, "Hello, President Gao is expecting you. Please go in."
She got up and swiped the key card for the door. Gao Yue had made arrangements in advance to have her brought straight in.
Li Xiao glanced at the "General Manager's Office" sign on the door. 'I wonder who this GM is. Gao Yue must be using Xu Wu's name to get something done here.'
'She might even be trying to host the Jindi Group's annual meeting here and came to negotiate a discount. Yes, that's got to be pretty much on the mark!'
Her thoughts flashed by in the blink of an eye. As the office door opened, she saw Gao Yue sitting on the guest sofa, discussing something with another person.
Just then, Gao Yue looked up. "Xiao Xiao!"
