Chen Xiao was walking aimlessly and lost in thought when someone suddenly called his name from ahead.
He looked up. "Tao Yong?"
It was his goofball classmate. He never expected to run into him here.
Since their last class reunion, Tao Yong had asked to meet up a few times, but Chen Xiao had always turned him down. Just as Zhao Xiangjun said, hanging out with these people was a complete waste of time. He'd rather take a nap.
"It really is you, Chen Xiao! Let me introduce you. This is my boss, President Wu!"
"President Wu, this is my high school classmate, Chen Xiao. He's a salesman for a tech company now!"
Chen Xiao looked at the pot-bellied President Wu, dressed sharply in a suit. 'Yep, that's the standard uniform for an insurance agent,' he thought.
Chen Xiao smiled and nodded at President Wu, who said arrogantly, "Xiao Chen, ah, sales is good. Sales builds character!"
