When Caden Reginald came out of the shower, the sight that greeted him caused his usually cold, hard heart to melt instantly. A slender figure stood with her back to him, gently arranging food on the table. A faint, pleasant aroma filled the room, warming him from the inside out. 'It's just the two of us now, but in the future, we'll have our own children.' He was addicted to this warmth, a feeling he cherished and willingly succumbed to.
"What are you doing just standing there?" Seraphina Ashworth turned to see the man standing behind her, a smile on his face, and she couldn't help but offer a soft smile in return.
"Looking at you," Caden Reginald replied smoothly, leaving Seraphina Ashworth exasperatedly amused.
Seraphina Ashworth shot him a playful glare. "Can you fill your stomach just by looking at me?"
Caden Reginald looked her over seriously, a faint smile playing on his lips. "You're a feast for the eyes!"
