Under the cover of night, Lian returned alone to the temporary encampment outside the High Wall of Blue Moon Territory, bringing everyone news that was neither good nor bad.
The Disease Witch Dora was dead, and Blue Moon Territory could now be thoroughly cleansed.
The people from the Church Court were very satisfied with this. Catherine, still unconscious, knew nothing of it.
When Catherine awoke in her tent and saw Dora's familiar face, the two friends embraced and wept.
"Catherine, you can't call me Dora anymore. Lord Lian gave me a new name."
Dora said excitedly. Just the thought of having a brand-new identity and being able to live freely made her feel like a long-caged bird. Her eyes overflowed with the joy of finally being able to spread her wings and fly.
"What name?"
Catherine asked in surprise.
"Lord Lian said my name reminded him of a story from his hometown about Pandora's Box."
Dora said seriously.
Catherine asked in astonishment, "So he renamed you Pandora?"
