The living and dining areas featured floor-to-ceiling windows and connected to an outdoor terrace. This terrace was also covered, offering enough space to sunbathe in the winter or set up a grill in the spring and fall.
Both garages connected to the first floor, and the main entrance between them led directly to the road outside the community.
