「Night fell.」
Bai Su had just finished her work and made dinner for the little ones, just as Lu Tingyan and Grandpa Lanton arrived right on time.
Lu Tingyan took off his cape. Seeing Bai Su in just a thin sweater, he couldn't help but frown. "Susu, the weather's been getting colder. Why are you wearing so little?"
Bai Su flicked her rabbit ears and brought out a dish. "It's fine. It gets pretty hot when I'm cooking."
Lu Tingyan smoothly took the dish from her hands and set it on the table. He couldn't help but chide her like a worried father, "You still shouldn't wear so little. You might not be cold while cooking, but what about when you go outside? The wind on the mountaintop is chilly. What will you do if you catch a cold?"
Getting lectured in front of the children, Bai Su couldn't resist making a goofy face at them.
