"Need any help?" Lu Tingyan's voice suddenly sounded from behind her.
Bai Su instinctively looked at him, then quickly averted her eyes, flustered. "N-Not yet. Just a minute."
Lu Tingyan's eyes flickered. He moved closer, wrapping his arms around her from behind as she was chopping vegetables. "Why is your face so red? Are you not feeling well?"
Bai Su grew even more sheepish. "It's nothing, it's just too hot in the kitchen…"
Whenever the little rabbit lied, her ears would twitch uncontrollably.
Lu Tingyan kissed her rabbit ear, a hint of a smile in his eyes. "Is that so? Your heart is beating very fast, too…"
The air was filled with the scent of honey peaches; there was no way she could fool a tall Snow Wolf with his keen sense of smell.
His gaze darkened a few shades as he suddenly pinned her against the kitchen counter. "Susu, want to try it with me?"
