Dron gritted his teeth together as he stood in the back of the room.
He'd been in this position a few times in the past, and it always ended up the same.
The omega would choose him simply to further humiliate him. There was a chance that he'd be able to feel the warmth of a woman, but he'd never have the chance to come to completion.
Every other time he'd been given this opportunity, the higher-ups and the other royalties always told him that he should feel lucky.
Lucky to be used and cast to the side when they'd had their fill.
There was no luck to be had. In fact, Dron always felt like it was some sort of torture to be put through this part of the process, especially knowing that he'd never find someone who would take him as he is. He'd never find a mate. Never be with someone who would create life with him.
The longer Dron stayed in the room, the angrier he got.
He couldn't act on it, though.
