Feeling the fighting spirit radiating from Vegito, Turles' lips twitched slightly. "Well... alright, then."
After all, Vegito was technically his subordinate now. He could at least grant this small request.
"Hey, Chronoa, I know you're watching. Come out and find us a place. Toki Toki City won't survive a fight between us."
Sure enough, Chronoa appeared before them in the next instant.
She shot Turles a sharp look. "You really can't stay still for a second, can you? You just got to Toki Toki City and you're already looking for a fight. And you," she turned to Vegito, "can't you give me a break for once?"

Chronoa led them to a massive arena.
"Here we go. This place should be reinforced enough to handle your mess. And honestly, Turles, as your colleague, I'd like to see exactly how far you've come!"
Lord Toki-O had mentioned that Turles was at the Angel level, but she didn't know which tier he occupied. The gap between different tiers of Angels was immense.
It was the perfect chance to use Vegito to test him. Why else would Vegito have "suddenly" appeared if she hadn't arranged it?
