Chapter 63 Tang Hao, I've always considered you my older brother.
Tang Zhen knew that Tang Hao's talent was even greater than Tang Xiao's, so he naturally believed that Tang Hao would win this challenge. He stopped Tang Hao only because Tang Hao chose the wrong time!
Tang Xiao immediately said, "Father, we'll change the time. Don't be angry. Chief Yang said you can't get angry!"
"I want to hear it from his own mouth!" Tang Zhen roared.
"Cough cough cough..."
Tang Zhen coughed repeatedly, and soon coughed up a mouthful of blood. Tang Xiao's expression immediately changed.
"Tang Hao, hurry up and say it! What are you waiting for?!"
Tang Hao was jolted awake by the shout and said, "Father, I will not challenge Bibi Dong at Qian Renxue's full moon banquet."
"Okay! You said it yourself!" Tang Zhen took several deep breaths, finally managing to calm down.
Tang Xiao helped Tang Zhen back to the room, while Tang Hao sat there, his mind filled with Tang Zhen's words: "A Yin doesn't like you, she doesn't have you in her heart!"
"how so?"
Tang Hao murmured.
Everything he had planned was now completely disrupted; it all happened so suddenly.
Thinking of this, Tang Hao couldn't sit still any longer and immediately got up to find Ah Yin. He was determined to get to the bottom of things with her.
Knock knock knock!
Tang Hao appeared at the hotel where Ah Yin was staying and knocked on Ah Yin's door, but there was no response for a long time!
Just as Tang Hao was wondering, a servant came out and said, "It's you again! The guest in this room went out earlier and hasn't returned yet!"
"They went out?!" Tang Hao frowned.
Even a stone could tell that Ah Yin's behavior was abnormal, and he finally realized that his earlier feeling that Ah Yin's emotions were not right was true!
Tang Hao immediately asked, "Then do you know where she went?"
"I don't know," the servant said.
Tang Hao immediately turned around and left the hotel. He wandered around the vast Wuhun City like a headless fly, trying to find Ah Yin's figure.
Unbeknownst to him, Tang Hao walked to the hotel again and saw a figure that looked a lot like Ah Yin walk inside.
"Ah Yin?!"
Tang Hao tentatively called out.
The figure stopped and turned around; it was Ah Yin.
"Tang Hao, what brings you here?"
Tang Hao didn't answer A Yin's question. Instead, he stepped forward, grabbed A Yin's arm, and immediately asked, "A Yin, where did you go? Why didn't you go back to the hotel?"
"I'm going out for a walk!" Ah Yin said softly, subtly removing Tang Hao's hand.
Tang Hao grabbed Ah Yin's arm again. "Going for a stroll? Ah Yin, this isn't like you. Where have you been?"
"I'm just browsing, Tang Hao, what are you doing?" Ah Yin frowned.
Seeing Ah Yin's current state, Tang Hao felt a surge of urges within him. He couldn't believe it, nor did he want to, but he couldn't suppress the thought.
"Ah Yin, tell me, do you have someone you like?"
Tang Hao's eyes were red and his voice was choked with emotion.
Ah Yin nodded and said, "Yes, Tang Hao, I have always regarded you as my older brother, and I have never had any other thoughts."
"Who is that person?" Tang Hao tightened his grip, and Ah Yin showed a pained expression.
"I'm sorry I hurt you, Gin!"
Ah Yin broke free from Tang Hao's hands and said, "I've only met that person once, and I'm not sure if he's the one I'm thinking of, so I can't tell you yet!"
"You've only met him once?!"
Tang Hao froze on the spot, a pained expression on his face.
"We've been through so much together, traveling almost the entire continent, and I've actually lost to someone you've only met once, and you're not even sure who he is?"
Ah Yin comforted him, "Tang Hao, don't be like this..."
"Who is that person?! Who is he?!" Tang Hao suddenly erupted, roaring at Ah Yin, "Has all my efforts over the years been in vain?"
Ah Yin took a deep breath and said softly, "Tang Hao, when we met in the Star Dou Great Forest, I didn't want to travel with you, but you said..."
"I said?" Tang Hao frowned, trying to recall, "What did I say back then?"
Ah Yin continued, "Tang Hao, there are plenty of good girls in the world, you don't need to be so persistent!"
Tang Hao didn't hear Ah Yin's words at all. He kept trying to recall what he had said to make Ah Yin decide to travel the continent together, but his mind was in a mess and he couldn't remember the situation at all.
"Tang Hao, now that we've reached the last stop, I won't travel with you anymore, so as not to cause you any further misunderstandings."
After finishing speaking, Ah Yin prepared to return to the hotel.
Upon seeing this, Tang Hao immediately stepped forward and grabbed Ah Yin, pleading, "Ah Yin, please give me another chance, okay?"
"Feelings can't be forced. We'll be good friends!" Ah Yin comforted her.
Tang Hao roared uncontrollably, "No! Ah Yin, I don't want to be friends with you, no!"
Ah Yin distanced herself from Tang Hao and said softly, "Tang Hao, you should calm down."
After saying that.
Ah Yin went straight into the hotel and ignored Tang Hao. She understood the principle that hesitation leads to trouble, and she could not give Tang Hao hope or let him sink into his own fantasies.
This is just temporary pain...
Hopefully, Tang Hao can figure this out!
Tang Hao stood there for a long time before leaving. He found a small tavern, grabbed a jar of wine, and began to drink wildly. At that moment, all he wanted was to get drunk.
Until late at night.
When Tang Xiao saw that Tang Hao had not yet returned, he immediately led his men out to search for him.
"Young Sect Master, we've found him! He's in the tavern, already drunk!" a sect disciple reported.
Tang Xiao immediately said, "Let's go over there."
Inside the tavern.
Tang Xiao looked at Tang Hao, who was completely drunk beside him, and sighed deeply. He sat down next to Tang Hao, poured himself a glass of wine, and drank it all in one gulp.
Tang Xiao understood Tang Hao's current feelings. He had also been in pain when he decided to bury his feelings for Ah Yin.
The two brothers were like this: one was completely drunk, talking nonsense, while the other silently poured himself another drink.
Until the early hours of the morning.
Tang Xiao then carried Tang Hao on his back and walked towards the inn.
When Tang Hao woke up, he found himself lying in an inn. He wanted to ask something, but his head felt dizzy.
How did I get home yesterday?
After a moment, Tang Hao asked.
The sect disciple standing guard by the bed said, "It was the young sect leader who carried you back."
"Oh!" Tang Hao buried his head in the bucket of water to wake himself up.
Tang Xiao pushed open the door and said, "Hey, you're awake. How's the hangover feeling?"
"It's so uncomfortable!" Tang Hao said with a smile.
Tang Xiao stepped forward and said, "Tomorrow is Qian Renxue's full moon celebration. Make sure you're in good shape today, and don't let your father and the sect down!"
"Mm," Tang Hao nodded.
