Tony and Dr. Green were speechless when they heard Jarvis.
Are you saying we're using our own faces and infringing on our own portrait rights?
The most crucial thing was that neither of them could refute Jarvis.
Because they were currently in someone else's Universe, the genuine Tony and Banner of this Universe were, by rights, not them... Dr. Green looked at Captain America and Tony: "What should we do? Should we leave first? Before our counterparts in this Universe find us, we'll quickly get the Infinity Stones and then leave."
Captain America and Tony exchanged glances.
Captain America shook his head: "No, leaving now will only escalate this misunderstanding. We should meet our counterparts in this Universe and persuade them to lend us the Stones. This is the optimal choice right now."
Tony pressed the nano-glasses on his nose, looked up at the sky, and said in a deep voice, "And... they've arrived!"
The next second, an invisible red and black spaceship slowly materialized above them.
The ship's hatch opened, and a red and gold Iron Man figure was the first to leap out, landing with a shining 'thud' in a perfect Superhero pose.
After landing, this Universe's Tony lit up his palm repulsors and deployed two shoulder-mounted guns, aiming them all at the four people at once, and leisurely said:
"Alright, you four cosplayers, I don't know how you managed to create an artificial intelligence system, but pulling this stunt during the Chitauri invasion makes me seriously suspect you're Chitauri moles. So, drop your disguises, will you?"
Captain America heard this, raised his hands, signaling he meant no harm, and explained:
"Tony, listen to us, we're not disguised Chitauri. We are ourselves, just from another Universe. We've come this time because we need to borrow a few things from your Universe to save ours."
this Universe's Tony frowned deeply beneath his armor, not believing this Captain America whom he had only seen in photos, and said impatiently:
"Alright, alright, you're the real Iron Man, Hulk, and Captain America who died back in World War II, fine. Even if you're from another parallel Universe, now put your hands behind your head and kneel on the ground, okay?"
Ant-Man, hearing only the other three mentioned, couldn't help but point to himself and ask, "Wait, why didn't you mention me?"
this Universe's Tony glanced at Ant-Man and chuckled, "You? Sorry, I really can't tell who you're cosplaying. Ryan, perhaps? If you ask me, you look more like an ordinary thief than a Superhero~"
Ant-Man heard this, how could he tolerate it?
He indignantly looked at Captain America beside him and urged, "Captain, he's alone right now. Why don't we just take him down and force this arrogant guy to tell us where the Infinity Stones are?"
Before Captain America could answer, the Nano Tony beside him became displeased and retorted, "Hey, watch your words, Thumbelina, who are you calling arrogant?"
Ant-Man looked at Tony, pointed at Tony, and explained to Tony, "I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about him!"
Nano Tony pointed at Tony, then at himself: "But isn't he just me from the past? Saying him is like saying me, isn't it?"
"You... him... me..." Ant-Man was momentarily confused by Tony, completely unsure how to explain.
"Alright, New York is busy enough today. I don't have time to play house with you face-swapping freaks. I still have to go find that bastard Ryan later, so..."
this Universe's Tony wasn't going to watch the show any longer. He cupped his hands around his mouth: "Little Spider, tie them all up!"
Whoosh whoosh whoosh whoosh----
As this Universe's Tony shouted, four Silks descended from the sky, coiling around the four people below.
First were Nano Tony, an ordinary person, and Ant-Man. Neither reacted in time and were completely bound by the Silk descending from above.
Next was Dr. Green, who was deeply fused with the Hulk. He was also bound by Silk, but inheriting the Hulk's strength, he broke free with a single flex of his arms.
Seeing this, this Universe's Tony didn't hesitate. His armor's thrusters engaged at full power, and a rocket uppercut smashed into Dr. Green's jaw, sending him flying with a single punch!
Finally, there was Captain America, who, with his rich combat experience, was the only one not directly entangled by the Silk.
Captain America raised his shield to block the incoming Silk, allowing Peter's Silk to stick to the Vibranium shield.
And seeing that this Universe's Tony had already started fighting Banner, Captain America gritted his teeth, tugged on the Silk, and with a powerful spin, he even pulled the unsuspecting Peter off the spaceship!
And he threw his shield at this Universe's Little Spider!
In his Universe, during the Civil War, he used this move to deal with the Little Spider on Tony's side!
But Captain America forgot, this was not his Universe.
This Universe's Little Spider, whether in age, application of Spider Abilities, or even combat training, was incomparable to the naive Little Spider in his Universe!
The Little Spider pulled off the spaceship by Captain America was only startled for a moment, then adjusted his posture in mid-air, not only dodging Captain America's flying shield attack but even easily catching Captain America's shield with one hand!
After landing, Peter weighed the star shield in his hand. His mask couldn't hide his surprised expression as he exclaimed to Captain America:
"WOAH! Dude, you actually stole the Captain's shield from a museum just to cosplay Captain America?!"
Captain America was first surprised that his infallible flying shield was easily caught, then helplessly said, "Kid, the shield in the museum is just a model, it's fake. This one is actually real..."
"Alright, then here you go~" Peter shrugged and casually tossed the shield back to Captain America.
As a Super Soldier, Captain America naturally wouldn't be hit by such a simple, direct attack like a certain parallel Universe's Shangxia Te. He merely sidestepped to dodge the flying shield.
But unexpectedly, Peter's target wasn't him at all.
With a 'thud,' Dr. Green, who had initially gained the upper hand in the fight with this Universe's Tony, was suddenly struck squarely in his vulnerable eye area by Captain America's shield!
This blurred Dr. Green's vision, allowing Tony to seize an opportunity, instantly reversing the tide of battle and putting Dr. Green at a disadvantage again!
Captain America was startled by Dr. Green's scream of being hit and instinctively turned to look.
But before he could go help, he heard a whooshing sound from behind him.
By the time Captain America realized something was wrong and turned back, Peter's fist was already in front of his eyes.
With a 'thump,' Captain America was punched in the head by Peter, falling straight to the ground and falling into a baby-like sleep.
Before losing consciousness, Captain America's only thought was that this Universe's Spider-Man was too different from the unreliable kid in his Universe... One could only say that Captain America truly deserved his reputation as Marvel's 'Fifty-Fifty Man,' able to exchange blows with anyone, even Spider-Man, despite a huge power disparity.
But the unfortunate thing was, Captain America could only ever exchange two blows with anyone... Peter, who had knocked down Captain America, curiously examined the unconscious Captain America for a moment, smacking his lips, "Tsk tsk, he actually has a standard American butt!"
