And surprisingly enough, unlike when he tried to mobilize his essence himself, the restriction watch never blared, just remaining dull through the whole process.
Seth's eyes flashed. The only reason it could be like this was because his own essence mobilization was far too crude in comparison.
He silently noted this aspect of himself that needed improvement. Before now, he never thought much of his essence channeling.
His eyes trailed back to the now brilliantly flashing emerald.

Seth watched in bated breath, his eyes filled with curiosity as the emerald suddenly pulsed.
A brilliant wave of pure emerald essence swept forth. It was light on the atmosphere, even more docile than when his Shackled rank essence was released.
