Falak ran through the empty corridor, her heart pounding. She rushed to Siya (the leader of blue team) and told her everything she had seen. Siya grabbed her shoulders. "Stay away from all this," Siya said firmly. "Blue team is meant for studies only. Your focus should be on staying at the top. That's how we survive."
Before Falak could reply, a loud announcement echoed across the campus.
Aahan report to principal Diyan (his father). Prepare for the bloody party. Aahan's eyes lit up with excitement. He had always wanted to defeat the black team- especially Rohan. Because of Rohan, black team had won the last match.
Later in class, Aahan made the announcement for the party. David was studying quietly when Rohan sat beside him.
"What's the syllabus?" Rohan asked. David shared his notes and books without hesitation. Slowly, their friendship started forming-simple, honest and much needed. That evening Anika warned Rohan not to attend the party.
"Please stay in the room," she said worried.
But Daksh came and ordered Rohan to join. In yusu college , refusing was not an option. "there are no rules here," Daksh said.
"The winner can do whatever they want to loosing team."
Falak was also at the party, even though blue team remained safe from all the dangerous activities.
A boxing match begin.
Rohan fought bravely and won-but he refused to shoot anyone afterwards. Aahan laughed loudly. "According to our rules, black team won...but if Rohan doesn't follow the tradition," he said, "then i will choose someone to punish ."
Aahan pointed toward a black team member and struck him. Rohan froze, helpless.
Daksh slapped Rohan in anger, "You embarrassed our team." Navika ( Daksh's mother) stepped forward. "Your punishment," she said coldly, "is to finish six textbooks by to night." Rohan felt defeared.
But Arjun,David and even Falak appeared beside him in the library."You're good," Arjun said. "Different from everyone else here."
David shared all the important questions. Falak added short notes and whispered, "You're brave, Rohan. Don't lose hope."
Siya joined too hugging Falak to cheeck if she was okay. Together, the five of them studied until late night.
Eventually, all four - Rohan, David, Siya and Arjun - fell asleep on the library table exhausted.
Meanwhile, Ivaan entered quietly and took Falak aside.
"You hunt your hand earlier," he said.
He gently wrapped a bandage around her palm.
He loved his sister deeply and wanted her to stay safe. "study well," he said softly. "stay in blue team. That's the only safe place here."
The next morning, Ahana thought a lesson on the human mind. Most students enjoyed it, but Aahan and Pihu seemed annoyed. They whispered something and walked out of the class.
Siya, the top student, answered every question perfectly. Later , Pranavi ( mother of Siya and Aahan) entered the room and moved toward Siya. "Come," she said. "Your father wants to meet you."
Everyone turned as Siya followed her out.
The mysteries of yusu college were only growing deeper.
