In due time, morning came-
Adrian's eyes gently flickered from side to side as the first rays of sunlight crept into his room, brushing softly against his face. His vision was still hazy, caught between sleep and waking, but slowly, awareness settled in.
'Oh… it's morning already.'
He pushed himself up slightly, letting out a quiet breath as his hand moved to his head, scratching it lazily—fingers dragging through his messy hair.
'It's already morning…'
His gaze drifted, unfocused at first, until it landed on the alarm clock resting beside him.
5:47.
He stared at it for a moment.
'Hmm… seems pretty good. That early, there's no work to see. And she did say I should start by night, right? Well… I don't really know what time she said, but I think it's best to start at night, just to be on the safe side.'
With that thought, he let his body fall back onto the bed.
The man figured he still had a few more minutes to relax.
He tried—he really did.
He closed his eyes again, willing himself to drift back to sleep. But after a few minutes of lying there, still and unmoving, he felt it clearly.
There was no sleep coming.
Not even a trace.
He shifted, rolling gently from one side to the other, adjusting his position as if that might somehow help.
It didn't.
A low groan slipped from his lips as he tilted his head back slightly, staring up at the ceiling.
'This sleep is already gone… damn it. And it's just a few minutes more. I don't want to just keep staring at the damn ceiling… and I'm definitely not in the mood to start messing around on my phone.'
Silence lingered for a moment.
Then—
'Hmm… maybe… maybe…'
His thoughts slowed, turning inward.
'I mean… since I've been here, the house has basically been all packed up… and I've not really had some alone—some real alone time to myself. So how about this…'
He shifted slightly, his body reacting before his mind fully caught up. His gaze dropped for a brief moment as he noticed the subtle change beneath the fabric of his pants.
A faint smirk tugged at his lips.
'Hey, hey, hey… no shame in having a little fun. I'm just preparing myself for today,' he muttered under his breath.
A quiet exhale followed.
'And if this brings back some memories… well, here I am. Who said that life was behind me?'
With that, his smirk deepened.
Slowly, casually, he adjusted himself, his movements unhurried—like this was nothing new, nothing unfamiliar.
'Alrighty… let's begin.'
He reached out, hand moving toward his phone, fingers already anticipating the pending pornography he was about to watch when—
click.
The sound cut through the silence.
The door opened.
She was wearing lingerie that outlined her full, plush breasts and the sensual curves of her body, the fabric pressing tightly against her nipples as she stepped inside.
His hand moved too slowly—far too slowly—to cover himself, and he was already exposed.
The moment she entered, she muttered, "Adrian—"
But her voice broke off the instant her eyes landed on him.
She froze.
Completely.
Adrian also paused for a beat before quickly moving his hands to cover himself, then hesitated again and looked at her properly.
"Ruby."
His thoughts followed immediately after.
"Ruby… what is she doing here?"
His gaze flicked briefly toward the alarm clock, then back to her.
5:50.
Ten minutes to six.
Ten minutes before anyone else in the house would likely be awake.
"Maybe that's enough time to do whatever I want…"
A faint, almost casual thought passed through him before he reached out slightly and said,
"Come in… no need to stand there stunned."
He gave an innocent smile, as though nothing unusual had happened.
But Ruby didn't move.
She remained rooted to the spot, her mind blank, her eyes still fixed on him without her even realizing it.
One thought echoed loudly inside her.
"...Oh my God…"
A deep blush spread across her cheeks as she slowly turned her head away, as if only just remembering she should move.
But she didn't step forward yet.
She had come for a reason.
Adrian pushed himself up slightly, extending a hand toward her again.
"Wait… you didn't come here for nothing, right?"
She stopped.
His voice pulled her out of her daze.
"What?"
Adrian studied her calmly.
"You came here for a reason, right? So say it. What brought you into my room this early? It's barely morning—Mom's definitely not awake yet."
"So I'm guessing you came here of your own accord," he said quietly. His gaze stayed locked on her. "So tell me—why did you come here?"
Her eyes were fixed on Adrian. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't look away.
You won't leave. Take the step. Close the distance, Adrian thought.
And he did exactly that.
He moved forward.
Move away… she told herself, panic rising in her chest. Move away…
But her body didn't obey. It felt as though something deeper—heavier—was holding her in place, pulling her toward him instead of away.
Adrian stopped only when he was right in front of her. He raised his hand slightly, not touching her yet—just close enough for her to feel his presence.
"Tell me," he said again, lower this time. "Why did you come?"
A brief silence stretched between them.
Then she finally spoke, her voice uncertain.
"I… I came to say something," she admitted.
Adrian's eyes narrowed slightly. "And what's that?"
She swallowed, forcing the words out.
"What happened last night… and the night before. It was a mistake. I wanted to make sense of it. I thought maybe we both didn't mean it… I just needed to clear it before I—"
"I meant it."
His interruption was calm, immediate.
She froze.
Slowly, she turned her head to look at him fully. "What?"
Adrian didn't flinch.
"I said I meant it," he repeated. "Every moment of it. Every step I took. Every time I came closer to you."
His voice dropped, steady but intense.
"And the truth is… I couldn't stop myself. I saw you—everything you were carrying, everything you were hiding—and I wanted to be there. To pull you out of it. That's what I did. And that's what I still want to do."
Her breath caught.
For a moment, she didn't speak.
Then a faint, disbelieving smile touched her lips, her cheeks warm with emotion.
"Love me…?" she echoed softly. "Did you just say you love me?"
Adrian stepped closer again, closing whatever little distance remained. His hand gently lifted her chin so she had no choice but to meet his eyes.
"Is that so hard to believe?" he asked quietly.
"Or… is it that you don't want to admit you feel it too?"
Her fingers trembled at her sides.
"I…" she whispered. "I do."
"Prove it." Adrian said immediately.
"Prove it how?" she asked.
With that, Adrian grabbed her hand and pulled her closer.
And then, at that moment, before he spoke, a faint thought ran through his mind—
'Hmm… since I've got ten minutes left… how about I make this bitch suck my dick?'
"Come closer." he said. "Let me show you."
