Soon enough I arrived within the Infinity Castle which was very Japanese in appearance what with the sliding Japanese doors leading virtually anywhere you looked, then again this was Japan so it wasn't out of place.
Nakime strummed her Biwa as the walls began to part before leading us to a completely open area where gravity seemed more of a suggestion rather than a rule with how this place was so twisted from doors being anywhere and everywhere.
Soon the shadows coalesced together to form into the shape of a throne before I sat upon it with Nakime taking a Seat nearby while Kokushibo kept standing in place.
"Do you hate me Kokushibo? After all I did take your masters place." I decided to ask him before the others came here.
He was silent for a moment before he turned to look at me, "No I do not, frankly I am…. Relieved that someone much stronger had taken his place." He said to me.
"Ahhh, I see, while he held your leash and could kill you with nothing but a thought, you always viewed him as a coward didn't you?" I said to him as I knew what Muzan was best and if I had to use one word to describe him?
Coward
He was the epitome of a coward who hid away for well over a hundred years so as to not be killed by Yoruichi Tsugikuni.
He hid like a rat hiding in the walls to escape from the sheer terror that Yoruichi gave him all those years ago while he could have trained and gotten stronger to kill him on his own all he did was hide.
But I wouldn't do that, sure in this universe Yoruichi is terrifying and if I had to give his speed a level I would say he would just be under the level of Virgil from DMC when it comes to speed alone but nowhere near as strong as him, but that feat as a human sets him at the peak of this worlds power but by Yggdrasil standards and me being very generous at most I would say Yoruichi is a lvl 50 which says a lot for his skills alone.
Back then Muzan was maybe a level or two higher than Yoruichi which is why Muzan barely got away back then, though during that time he never tried to get even remotely stronger so by the events of the main series he was still the same strength as over 500 years ago.
Though Kokushibo didn't comment more on his former lord I could see his thoughts clear as day even if his face is expressionless as always.
I then turned to Nakime, "Summon the Upper and Lower Moons along with their subordinates and any worthy candidates that could become lower Moons as well." I said to her.
To which she nodded before strumming her Biwa as many door began to appear all around us, 5 of which were on there own separate platforms from where the other Upper Moons appeared at where as the Lower Moons, their subordinates and even the only two Lower Moon nominees appeared within their own designated areas.
The Nominees, those being Susamaru and Yahaba, the subordinates of the Lower Moons all knelt down on their knees feeling grateful to have been summoned by their king as they prostrated themselves before me.
However the Lower Moons and Upper Moons didn't do that, in fact they could tell almost immediately, I was not in fact Muzan Kibutsugi.
"Oh my oh my, well this is something I had never expected in a Million years to see! Do you feel that Akaza? Because surely you can tell that man isn't our master, yet both Nakime and Kokushibo are standing at his side, I can't help but be curious as to what is going on." One man said who was none other than Douma himself while he acted like a friend with Akaza.
Akaza didn't say anything as he stared right at me while I sat there looking at all the others here.
"You must all be wondering who is this man that stands before you? Well I'll make it short and simple, I am your new Lord in place of Muzan as he finally achieved his ultimate goal and transcended the weakness of the Sun and has become a true immortal." I explain to them which shocks all them hearing besides the two who were there.
"Now I can feel you want to ask why isn't he still here then? Well that's simple as becoming immortal like he did it would in turn fix the mistake of making him a demon, and if he was still connected to all of demonkind when he became immortal, then I'm sorry to say but you would all die as if your heads had been cut off by a demon slayer."
"So I made a deal with him as he was going to lose his connection to all of you in the first place I offered him a deal, I would take his title as the Demon Progenitor from him in exchange for giving him his immorality, so he reluctantly agreed and as such I am now your master while he is off wandering the world free as can be with no connections to demons anymore, and both Nakime and Kokushibo can attest to my words." I say to them all.
And seeing Nakime nod and Kokushibo not refuting my words what I said was thus confirmed to be true to all of them here.
"Now then, if you think I'm the same as Muzan, well you are sorely mistaken." I say before holding up my fingers and then-
*Snap*
Suddenly a wave of energy cut on through the room making them all instantly feel the power from me shaking them all to their cores, the subordinates, and Lower Moon Nominees had blood coming out every orifice on their faces, even the lower moons felt to their knees as they began to bleed from their eyes.
"Scary! So scary!" Hatengu was curled up on the ground in absolute terror as that shockwave of power slammed into him, but because he was an upper moon the damage wasn't as severe as the others who felt it.
"And that is only a fraction of my power, not only that but congratulations, you have all survived the purge I just did as besides everyone in this room all the other demons throughout Japan have been eliminated as I have no need for weaklings so it's best to get rid of the unnecessary ones, and here is your reward for being the lucky few to survive." I say to them all.
And before any of them could react out from their shadows a tendril of darkness and malice pierced their body's, Daki doubly so with Gyutaro still merged with her at this point.
They all felt a burning heat fill their veins like lava coursing through them before the tendrils exited their bodies.
"That was my blood that I injected you with, not only does it make you stronger than you before but also removes your greatest weakness." I say holding up my fingers once again.
"The sun."
*Snap*
Suddenly every single one of the demons including Nakime were forced out from the Infinity Castle as we all appeared in the middle of a grassy field in broad daylight.
Most of the demons instinctively covered themselves almost awaited the feeling of their bodies burning under the sunlight, but it never came.
"It…. It doesn't hurt?"
"I'm not burning!"
"Is this a dream?"
Many of the lower ranks murmured before feeling pure joy, they could stand under the sun once more like they did in their old lives, a dream that all demons had to stand within the sun once more.
I stood before them all, "Not only that but if you desire it you no longer need to feast on humans and can eat the foods you once ate in your old life, but I am no paragon of virtue so if you truly desire to eat humans then be my guest, but we shall be leaving Japan soon enough." I told them all as everyone of them knelt before me in reverence.
"We, the twelve Kizuki, along with the rest of us will serve you well my lord." Kokushibo said for everyone here as I saw the look of absolute loyalty in his and all the others eyes as well.
"Good." I say with a nod to him as I took a deep breath before an oppressive air began to overwhelm them all while my body began to change before their eyes as I reverted to my original true form.

"I Am Orion, I am your Lord, Your King and even your god!" I say to them while buying from the shop a Divine Core of Blood and holding it in the air.
"Have faith in me and all your dreams and desires will come true." I say to them all before placing the blood core into my chest.
For now I have taken my first step onto the Path of Blood, now all I have to take is my next step onto the Path of the Hunt.
