Chapter 79 - Leaving Gizleen Park

The little fairy, undeterred, giggled softly and darted away, inviting Heka into a playful game of chase. She flitted through the air with effortless grace. Her wings beat a soft rhythm that echoed like a lullaby in the enchanted park.

Watching this, Waylinn smiled and called out to Heka. His voice was calm and reassuring. He said. "For now, it's okay to touch the creatures here. You can touch them. Don't worry, your body won't freeze."

Literally, Waylinn knew well if it was okay if Heka wanted to physical contacted with the fairies.

Nothing happened to him. After all, the fairies were different from the other living beings in the immortal realms. They were unharmed. Instead, their embrace was filled with joy and kindness.

Heka's face lit up with joy at Waylinn's words. The fear that had held him back melted away, replaced by a bubbling excitement. Tentatively, he extended his hand toward the little fairy.

With a delicate flutter, the fairy landed softly on Heka's palm. Her tiny body felt warm and alive on his palm. She looked up at him with bright, curious eyes, her expression both cute and amusing. Her wings shimmered like liquid crystal, casting tiny rainbows in the soft light.

Heka laughed softly, marveling at the fairy's playful antics. She twirled and danced on his hand. Her movements light and carefree. For the first time, he felt a deep connection to the enchantment vibe around him, a moment of pure wonder and delight.

Waylinn's words proved true. Heka's hand remained unfrozen. The weird chill that usually accompanied contact with these creatures absent. It was as if the magic of Gizleen Park had softened its grip on him, allowing a brief respite from the cold that haunted his immortal existence.

In that moment, surrounded by the gentle flutter of fairy wings and the vibrant life of the park, Heka felt a rare sense of peace. The magical realm, with all its dangers and mysteries. It also held moments of joy and innocence moments worth cherishing.

After completing their task of nurturing the magical flora with the life-giving water, Waylinn and Heka made their way back toward the great valley at the edge of Gizleen Park. The valley's eerie white light shimmered softly in the dimness, casting an otherworldly glow over the landscape.

The little blue-cyan fairy that had bonded with Heka fluttered closely behind him, her tiny wings beating gently as she followed his every step. However, as she approached the valley, the fairy suddenly bounced away.

Her delicate body was trembling slightly. An invisible barrier shimmered faintly in the air, a magical wall that prevented her from crossing into the valley's sacred space.

Heka watched with a mixture of curiosity and caution. The barrier was imperceptible to him, but its power was undeniable. It only kept the smallest of creatures at bay.

As his eyes adjusted to the valley's glow, Heka noticed another presence standing silently within the luminous expanse.

It was a creature unlike any he had seen before. A majestic white fox, graceful and serene, with a multitude of tails fanning out behind her like a celestial cloak.

Heka's breath caught as he began to count the tails, each one shimmering with a faint, ethereal light. He whispered in awe. "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. There are nine tails."

The nine-tailed fox stood motionless atop the Phoenix bracelet that hovered just above the valley's surface. Her eyes were calm and inscrutable, reflecting the valley's radiant light.

Unlike Youfiel, who had been fiery and confrontational. The fox was silent and still, her presence commanding respect without a single word or movement. She seemed to embody the very essence of the valley, mysterious, powerful, and untouchable.

Heka felt a shiver run down his spine, not from cold this time, but from the weight of the moment. The valley was not just a place of stolen souls. It was a realm guarded by beings of immense power. Everybody had their own role in the delicate balance of the Immortal realm.

Heka stood silently, his gaze fixed on Waylinn as the weight of a harsh truth settled deep within him. He finally understood why the Immortals could never truly die.

Their existence was sustained by absorbing human spirits. Each fragment of life was stolen from the mortal realm to fuel their endless lives.

The realization was both awe-inspiring and chilling, revealing the dark cost of immortality.

Waylinn reached out and took the Phoenix bracelet, which still hovered above the glowing valley. Its radiant light dimmed as the stolen spirits were sealed away once more.

"I'm done. Now, tell me where is my master?" He said. His voice was steady but filled with urgency.

The answer came swiftly, almost as if the valley itself whispered it. "He's in Elysium."

Without hesitation, Waylinn and Heka turned away from the valley and began their journey out of Gizleen Park.

The little blue-cyan fairy that had bonded with Heka fluttered closely behind him. She seemed to follow him.

But as they neared the gate, the fairy suddenly stopped. She was unable to pierce the invisible barrier that sealed the park's entrance.

Heka glanced back at her, a pang of sympathy stirring in his heart. The fairy's delicate form hovered just beyond the gate, trapped by the same magical law that bound all creatures within Gizleen Park.

"All the creatures in Gizleen Park will never be able to step out. They will be stuck here forever." Waylinn noticed Heka's gaze and explained quietly.

The weight of this rule hung heavily in the air, a stark reminder of the park's enchantment and the price of its magic. Turning to Waylinn, Heka asked. "Then next we go to Elysium?"

Waylinn shook his head, his expression serious. "It's not a place I can go. It's better to go back to Kiervant Sky and wait for My Lord."

Curiosity flickered in Heka's eyes. "Why can't you go to Elysium?"

Waylinn's voice lowered, filled with caution. "Elysium is a forbidden place for the Spiritual Beast. Anyone who goes there will surely just disappear, turning into dust."

The warning was clear and chilling. Elysium was a realm shrouded in mystery and danger, beyond the reach of even the most powerful beings like Waylinn.

"Okay." Heka replied, accepting the gravity of

the situation.

Together, they made their way back to Kiervant Sky. Nevertheless, Waylinn couldn't teleport. He couldn't yet. The wound he got from Youfiel made him lose his power.

The path ahead was fraught with unknowns, but Heka felt a growing resolve. Whatever awaited them on their journey, he was determined to face it alongside Waylinn and Marchio.

As they traveled, the echoes of Gizleen Park's magic lingered in his mind. The stolen spirits, the bound creatures, and the fragile balance of power in the Immortal realm. It was a world of beauty and peril, where every step carried the weight of destiny.
