She used the deeply boiled water to prepare a fresh pot of boiling water for the noodles. Then, while the water was heating up, Sunnie also prepared the fish.
Once the water had reached a rolling boil, Sunnie added the thin dough and let them cook thoroughly. She stirred the mixture with a stick while she watched it take shape. Even Sunnie was impressed by how well it was turning out. "I guess you really can prepare this in prehistoric times," she mused to herself.
It did not look quite as refined as the version she would have made back at home, but this was still more than acceptable. Sunnie added the seasonings and the fish as time went on, allowing the rich aroma to fill the surrounding atmosphere.
She could only pray that no monsters would come to investigate the scent as well.
