It was the Old man. He stared at Madeline with widened eyes as his breathing turned erratic.
"You… you who taught you that" his words tumbled out as the shock in his eyes had yet to dissipate.
"Taught me what?" Madeline questioned back her two fingers still inches from Evan's neck.
"Get down this instant" The old man bellowed "Now"
Madeline ignored him as she curled her legs tighter around Evan's neck making his face turn red.
Evan hit her legs repeatedly and they trembled. His eyes shone at the thought of them being her weak spot. He stopped trying to release himself and instead sent heavy blows to her legs.
Madeline grunted but her smile widened and her eyes shone brighter as she grabbed his hair and forcefully pulled it back.
