Nathan knew what she was worried about, so he comforted her. "Don't worry. Everything will be fine."
He understood his father-in-law's character. An iron man like him would never be easily defeated by anything.
But what he was sure of was that this matter could create a gap in his father-in-law's heart. Even if it wouldn't change his mind immediately, it could at least create estrangement.
