Previously on Watcher of the Infinite...
The war is at our doorstep. The Dark Avatar of Lucifer had overwhelmed me, her foot on my chest as she laughed. "Watch as we capture the mother of your God!" she sneered. But Amanda didn't move. She sat in the dust, her eyes suddenly glowing with an ancient, terrifying light. A voice like a thousand gods spoke through her: "You have brought disgrace over me. I will wipe all darkness from this world!"
She exploded like a nuclear missile of pure grace, the shockwave throwing the dark legion miles away. But the strain was too much for a mortal frame. Amanda collapsed, powerless and pale. "Capture her now!" the enemy cried, sensing her vulnerability. But then, the air began to change. Water droplets started floating upward, defying gravity—a phenomenon that only happens when something moving at impossible speeds approaches.
The portal tore open. He didn't come to fight soldiers; they were beneath him. Where he runs, time simply stops until he chooses to unfreeze it. He struck the Evil Speedster with a blow so hard it shattered his armor, grabbing him before he even hit the ground. "What a waste," he whispered. "I told you if you escaped your prison, I would unfold the universe to judge you. I judge you now by ripping away your speed. You are cursed to be mortal. You will feel pain, you will age, and you will die." In the blink of an eye—only six seconds in his world—he snapped back. When time unfroze, the entire army was already on the ground.
The silence that followed the unfreezing of time was louder than any explosion. Thousands of dark-matter soldiers, who a microsecond ago were charging with murderous intent across the Suswa plains, now lay scattered like broken dolls. They didn't even know they had been hit. To them, the world had simply flickered, a momentary glitch in reality, and then their bones were shattered and their obsidian weapons turned to fine black dust that blew away in the Rift Valley breeze.
In the center of the clearing stood the First Speedster, the Supreme God of Velocity. He didn't look like a warrior; he looked like a force of nature draped in a cloak of shifting gold and white tachyons. His presence felt like the hum of a high-voltage power line during a Nairobi storm—intense, buzzing, and ready to ignite the very air. His eyes weren't just glowing; they were windows into the beginning of the universe, showing the moment the first atom moved and sparked the concept of time itself.
He held the Evil Speedster—the former Dark Avatar—by the throat, lifting him as easily as a leaf. The violet lightning that once defined the traitor's power was gone, replaced by the dull, grey aura of a regular human. The jagged armor that had made him look like a monster was now just cold, cracked metal clinging to a man who was suddenly very afraid of the dark.
"My speed... where is it?" the traitor wheezed, his hands clawing uselessly at the Supreme Speedster's iron grip. "Give it back! I am a god! I am the king of the timelines!"
"You were a tenant in a house you didn't build," the Supreme Speedster replied, his voice echoing with a frequency that made the nearby acacia trees tremble. "You used the gift of time to bring ruin to this land. You thought you could run faster than justice. Now, you shall experience time as the mortals do—second by agonizing second. You will feel the weight of your years. You will feel the hunger of your belly in the heat of the day. And when the end comes, there will be no reset button. Your death will be as permanent as the stones of the Rift."
[ADVANCED RAW SYSTEM: CHRONAL JUDGMENT COMPLETE]
ENTITY:Former Dark Avatar (Status: Mortal / Powerless).
OFFENSE:Escaping the Chronal Prison / Misuse of Divine Velocity.
PENALTY:Permanent Stripping of Speed Force Connection.
CURRENT STATUS:Time-Locked to Linear Reality (Aging Enabled).
SYSTEM NOTE:Buda! Did you see that? He didn't just beat him—he deleted his career! The Evil Speedster is now just a guy named 'Nobody.' He's going to feel every ache and pain like a regular mwananchi walking the streets of downtown Nairobi. The Supreme Speedster isn't playing games, maze. The physics in this area are totally broken—water from the nearby streams is still floating in the air and the sun is stuck behind the clouds. This is God-level speed, the kind that makes the universe stand still!
The Supreme Speedster turned his gaze toward the collapsed form of Amanda. With a movement that looked like he was walking through water, he appeared at her side before a single heart could beat. He placed a hand over her heart, and the golden tachyons flowed into her, stabilizing her mortal frame against the divine radiation that had nearly consumed her.
"She carried the weight of the Alpha spirit," he murmured, his eyes shifting toward me—Pendo. "And you, daughter of the 4th Phase, you have held the line well when the world went dark. But the Father of Lies is not yet finished. Lucifer is a Titan now, and he does not care for the laws of speed. He cares only for the weight of the Void and the destruction of the Seed."
I stepped forward, my own gold lightning crackling across my skin, though it felt like a flickering candle next to the roaring sun of his presence. "Who are you? Truly? You speak of my father and the gods like you were there when the first stone was laid."
The First Speedster stood up, and for a moment, the soot-filled sky over Kenya cleared completely, revealing a glimpse of the blue heavens. The ash was swept away by a sudden, divine wind that smelled of fresh rain and ozone. "I am the First Goddess's chosen, the one who runs so the universe can breathe. But today, I am simply the messenger of your father's legacy. Carel opened the door in 2012, and I am the one who walked through to ensure the Seed is not harvested by the Void."
He looked toward the horizon where Lucifer's Titan form was still a towering shadow of obsidian fire, marching toward the Suswa caves. The Titan roared, a sound of pure jealousy that finally broke the time-freeze. The birds began to fly again, and the dust fell back to the parched earth.
"The army is down, but the Titan is a mountain that must be moved," the Supreme Speedster said, his form beginning to vibrate at a frequency that made him appear in three places at once. "Pendo, take the mother. Get her to the deepest part of the Suswa lava tubes. I will distract the King of the Void. I will show him that even a mountain can be outrun if the runner has the heart of the infinite."
[SYSTEM INTERFACE: OMEGA SPEEDSTER PROTOCOL]
USER:Supreme Speedster (First God of Time).
VELOCITY:Undefined (Exceeds Planck Constant).
MISSION:Lure the Titan away from the Seed / Protect the 254.
SENG NOTE:Wueh! Tunasonga! The First God is taking on the Big Boss head-on! Pendo, this is your chance! If he can bait Lucifer into a chase, you can finish the final synchronization of the Genesis Core without being stepped on by a giant. But be careful—the system says the Evil Speedster's powers were 'transferred.' Look around... who is the system choosing? The system is scanning for a new host with honor! This is the birth of a new hero, maze!
Suddenly, a bolt of pure, white lightning shot out from the Supreme Speedster's chest. It didn't strike an enemy. It circled the battlefield like a hungry hawk, humming with a rhythmic "thump-thump" that sounded exactly like a heartbeat. It hovered over a young Kenyan soldier who had been fighting to protect the fleeing civilians—a man with no powers, only a rusted blade and a heart that refused to give in to fear.
The lightning plunged into his chest.
The soldier didn't scream. He gasped as his eyes turned a brilliant, electric blue, the color of the sky after a long rain. His tattered uniform transformed in a flash of light into a suit of shimmering silver armor, etched with ancient runes of the Audesta gods. The air around him began to crackle with the sound of a thousand rushing rivers, and he stood up, his movements suddenly fluid and fast.
"Honor has finally found a home," the Supreme Speedster nodded, a faint smile touching his lips.
Then, he turned toward the towering figure of Lucifer. "Hey, King of Ash! You want the Seed? Come and catch it if you can keep up!"
In a flash that turned the night into a blinding day, the Supreme Speedster ran toward the Titan, his trail leaving a golden bridge of light across the Rift Valley. Lucifer roared in fury, his massive hands swatting at the golden streak as if it were an annoying insect, but he was too slow. Every time the Titan swung, the speedster was already a mile away, taunting him from the next ridge. The Titan turned, his massive obsidian body groaning with the effort as he began to chase the light, moving away from the caves, away from Amanda, and toward the jagged, cold peaks of the Aberdares.
"Now, Pendo!" the Supreme Speedster's voice echoed in my mind from miles away, sounding like the wind through the tall grass. "Finish it! Secure the mother and the spirit!"
[SYSTEM STATUS: THE NEW ERA]
NEW HOST DETECTED:The Silver Speedster (Honor Protocol Active).
DISTRACTION:Success. Lucifer has left the Suswa Perimeter at Mach 12.
SEED STATUS:Final Sync Initiated (99%).
SENG NOTE:Aki, this is legendary! We have a new speedster on our side, and the First God is playing 'cat and mouse' with a Titan who could crush a city with one thumb! Nairobi is safe for the moment, but we have to move fast. If Lucifer realizes he's being played, he'll turn the whole mountain range into a volcano out of spite! Pendo, get Amanda inside the tubes now! The end is coming, and it's going to be faster than anything we've seen yet!
I grabbed Amanda, her body light as a feather in my 4th-Phase state, and vanished into the darkness of the caves. Above us, the sky was filled with the gold and obsidian streaks of a war between gods, a dance of light and shadow that would decide the fate of every timeline. As we reached the heart of the sanctuary, the Genesis Core began to pulse with a blinding white light, ready to be born into a world that was finally fighting back.
