The next day, Lucas woke up even before his alarm went off. It was a few minutes to four when he started getting ready. The first day of clinicals had been a big miss, but today wasn't going to be the same.
That determination fueled Lucas's mind, especially with how he had seen the resident doctor at the club the night before. As he brushed and got ready, he kept thinking about how badly that might influence his day.
The red-haired man could be seen rushing into the hospital at around a few minutes past six. He entered and went toward the area where he had met his coursemates and the resident the previous day, and fortunately, no one else was there except him.
As Lucas waited, others also arrived, and he greeted them all with a smile.
Liam soon entered into the picture. He had glasses positioned on his face, something Lucas was just noticing, and his black curly hair looked a bit disheveled.
"Good morning, Doctor Liam," all the med students greeted in unison.
