In the deep corridor, the sound of intense crossfire between the Dark Angels and Chaos Traitors echoed from afar.
Deep within the corridor, Vashtorr's massive frame was slightly hunched as his eyes scanned Sith and Bayer from above.
Feeling Vashtorr's gaze on the dagger in his arms, Bayer raised his Scalpel slightly.
"Vashtorr, this thing is useless to you anyway!"
Bayer attempted to "reason" with him, but Vashtorr just stared at Bayer, his eyes flickering.
"It's none of your business whether it's useful to me or not!"
Bayer froze. After snapping at the "thief," Vashtorr shifted his gaze downward to Sith.
Then, his eyes, which had only been flickering, lit up to the extreme!
Especially when he saw the black gun Sith had aimed at him, he gripped the Hammer Scepter in his hand until it creaked, right in front of Bayer.
"In business, I hate those who don't keep their word most of all."
"Sith, why is the gun you gave me a fake?!"
Even Bayer could hear the uncontrollable rage in Vashtorr's voice, a level of fury that had never even been directed at Bayer himself.
Thinking he was already enough of a target for hatred, Bayer couldn't help but glance at Sith after hearing Vashtorr's voice.
Then, he suddenly noticed something and looked at Vashtorr in shock.
It was no longer a contemptuous or arrogant form of address; just now, Vashtorr had unconsciously used Sith's name directly, as if he already considered Sith an equal.
This detail made Bayer steal a serious glance at Sith, even in this situation.
Sith, looking at the confrontational Vashtorr, didn't even bother to explain. He simply raised the Bolter that Vashtorr himself had forged and pulled the trigger on him.
"Since you made this gun yourself, why don't you have a taste of it?"
Bolter fire erupted from the muzzle and then teleported instantly; there wasn't even a trace of the Bolter fire flying through the corridor.
Vashtorr showed a look of contempt, about to mock the lack of power to harm him, when a massive explosion detonated directly against his demigod physique.
He was knocked head over heels, the powerful force of the massive explosion sending Vashtorr crashing to the ground.
Then, Vashtorr's open mouth froze instantly from the impact of this "Bolter Cannon" shot.
"This gun has this much power?"
"How come I didn't know?!"
Seeing Sith turn and leave in another direction, Vashtorr didn't even have time to give chase. Driven by the rigorous logic of a scientist, he first asked this crucial question.
Sith didn't want to say a single word to him. He simply fought his way toward the surface, sending even more Bolter fire toward Vashtorr.
Dense explosions echoed continuously through the corridor, the thunderous noise even causing the two sides fighting elsewhere to pause in bewilderment.
Then, receiving no answer, a furious Vashtorr swung his hammer and chased after him, pushing through the Bolter Cannon fire.
At this moment, watching Sith fire Bolter Cannon rounds continuously and seeing Vashtorr behind him fully unleashing his demigod strength, determined to catch Sith, Bayer looked at the "Scalpel" in his hand and suddenly felt there was really no need to bring it out.
Then, while Bayer was looking down speechlessly, no matter how fast Sith ran, a hammer strike suddenly burst through the smoke of the explosions and slammed hard into Sith.
This time, it was Sith who was sent flying like a projectile.
Bayer's gaze froze. Whether it was for the reconstruction of the Nine Legions or to protect his most perfect test subject, Bayer actually didn't run away this time, preparing to turn back and stall for Sith.
But before Bayer could even turn around, more Bolter Cannon fire, now imbued with divine power, began to bombard Vashtorr.
Vashtorr was finally blasted to a standstill. Under Sith's near point-blank bombardment, his massive body stumbled backward repeatedly.
Sith walked out of the smoke and dust while firing. Seeing Bayer's stunned expression, he said irritably:
"What are you looking at? Run!"
Bayer nodded instinctively, but just as he was about to turn away, he remembered something and hurriedly looked back:
"You're actually fine?!"
"Hit by such a huge hammer, and you didn't even spit out a drop of blood?"
Bayer couldn't wrap his head around it. Sith, looking speechless, saw that Vashtorr had been temporarily forced back. He immediately withdrew his divine power and fired the Bolter Cannon at the Support Pillars.
The corridor began a chain-reaction collapse, and Sith pulled Bayer along as they continued outward.
"I know you might not believe it."
"But I have the Blessing of the Seven Gods."
Bayer: "???!!!"
The initial confusion was Bayer wondering how Sith had learned his ways, spouting any kind of nonsense.
The subsequent shock came from the sudden realization that it was Sith saying this, and the kid didn't seem to have any reason to lie to him.
But Bayer just quickly recited the names of the deities in his heart. After counting for a while, he couldn't come up with seven. After a long moment, his eyes widened in disbelief:
"These Seven Gods you're talking about... they couldn't possibly include Gork and Mork, right?"
Bayer stared at Sith with a face full of disbelief, while Sith, looking at the narrow corridor they had finally escaped, suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Before them was the final great hall leading to the outside.
In the hall at this moment, the Dark Angels, Chaos Traitors, Necron Forces, and even an Imperial Boarding Party—who were completely bewildered and didn't know who to fire at—were killing everyone in sight.
The moment Sith appeared, a group of bloodshot-eyed combatants almost instantly turned their weapons toward him.
Seeing this, Sith didn't answer Bayer's question. Instead, right before Bayer's jaw could drop, he took out the Ork Crown and placed it on his head.
Green light surged instantly, and then, in the already chaotic hall, a group of towering greenskins—somewhere between a Ork Warboss and a Warboss—suddenly smashed through the ceiling.
The Greenskin Bosses were encased in iron, and a few were even piloting Morkanauts.
If there was one major difference between them and other greenskins, it was that every one of them had the name "Sith" written on their faces in promethium!
The sudden appearance of these greenskins completely stunned all the warring factions.
The already chaotic battlefield became even more of a mess, to the point where Sith, who had intended to rely on the Sith Bosses to cover his exit, didn't know where to step for a moment.
Sith didn't know which way to go, but behind him in the corridor, a violent roar erupted as large chunks of debris scattered in all directions.
Vashtorr's massive frame, weathering the barrage of explosions from weapons hurriedly turned toward him, finally stood fully upright.
And right in front of him was Sith, almost face-to-face!
"Sith!"
Vashtorr roared in fury, but before he could speak, Sith—who still couldn't be bothered with him—fired another blast of Bolter fire infused with divine power.
Then, pulling Bayer along, he rushed toward the palace exit, supported by the swarming greenskins, Reformed Traitors, and even the Blackwatch.
Such immense firepower finally took effect, as Vashtorr's tall frame became the perfect target for concentrated fire.
Even the Imperial Army, who didn't know who to attack, could fire a couple of rounds at him without any hesitation.
Just as Sith was about to burst through the exit, a massive Demonic Sword suddenly thrust out from behind the giant doors.
At the same time, a Daemon Prince, no smaller than Vashtorr, looked at Sith with a sinister grin!
