Returning home, Jaku'un and I walked through the halls of our home with our shoulders almost touching, a sign that our relationship had taken a step forward.
Jaku'un walked with her arms behind her back at a leisurely pace, occasionally skipping over the cracks on the stone floor with a small smile on her lips.
The cards I had received from Shikoku rest securely within my pocket. Each card wasn't empty as most Shuuki I had encountered had been catalogued, alongside several unique specimens whose abilities would undoubtedly prove useful in the future.
As for the others, Rairen and Jouryuu were in the training room, while Kuusetsu was in the large bathroom we have.
The silence between us was comfortable, with the only sounds reaching our ears being the faint flickers of the flames hanging on the walls, our footsteps on the clean floor, and Jaku'un's faint humming.
Once we came to a split in the hallway, the silence was broken.
"Well I'm gonna go see Kuusetsu to see how she's doing in her new form and see if I can improve her physical state" Jaku'un said, fully turning to me.
"Alright, thanks for coming along, it was fun" I said.
She steps forward and embraces me, her petite frame pressing against my body as she rests her forehead against my chest.
Her soft and rhythmic breathing can be heard, her small arms were wrapped around my torso as her fingers left faint lines going across my clothes and skin on my back.
I reciprocate by wrapping my arms around her with one hand on her back and the other soothing her bushy twin tails.
Jaku'un moved back slightly to look up at me with her periwinkle eyes, shining with various emotions.
Tilting her head to the side, her smile grew before she lifted herself and pecked my cheeks, "That's for escorting me back like a gentleman, cya around" she waved with a grin as she reluctantly left the comfort of my arms and took the hall going right.
I watched her back growing further and further away. Once she rounded the corner did I took the hall to my left.
It did take me a long time to find Shikoku as I could sense her in our room. Standing in front of the door, I was about to knock to let her know I was here, more of a habit from my previous, but her voice came through, muffled.
"You don't need to knock, come in silly~" she said.
I push the door open and enter our room. A calm and dozing atmosphere covers me like a blanket.
"I didn't want to surprise you while you were changing" I said as my eyes landed on her half-naked form on the bed.
She wore a purple bra and panties, she made no move to cover herself as some of her snakes at the tips of her hair slithered along her curves, trying to draw my attention with their movement. She lay on her side with her eyes staring directly at me as small grin was plastered on her lips.
For a moment I stared in a daze at her body that left me breathless, "like what you see?~" her voice came out low and sultry, like a succubus luring its prey.
Snapping out of my daze, I bring the cards out of my pocket to her, "I have completed my task"
She rose from the bed and walked towards me slowly and confidently. Purposefully showcasing her body to me, which was successful as I glanced down at her body growing closer to me.
Shikoku stood in front of me with a small grin, clearly pleased. She stared at me for a few seconds before pinching the deck of cards out of my hand.
The goddess grabs my hand and brings me over to a chair by the table we have in our room, I sit down in it. Sitting sideways on my lap, Shikoku shifts comfortably in my body's warmth until the side of her head rests on my shoulder.
I secured her form with my arms wrapping around her in a gentle embrace, "Much better" She mutters, more to herself than me.
We remain like that for a while, and in that time she examines each card with an analytic eye, judging their worth and role in her plans.
While she was gazing at each card, I gently raked my hand through her hair as some of her snake tips coiled around my arm, seeking my body's warmth.
My eyes grew heavy over the calm and soft atmosphere. My head leaned down on top of her head as she leaned into it further.
She viewed the last card in her hands for several minutes, which was the one with the beam ability, and placed it back with the others before dropping the deck on the table next to us.
I straightened up as I felt her move around on me. Shikoku's thighs trap my legs, her arms snake around my neck, and our bodies are pressed against one another as her sultry smile graces her lips.
"You've done amazing work for me, and I think that deserves a reward~" With each word she spoke she grew closer until our lips were inches apart.
No other words were exchanged as I firmly wrapped my arms around her waist and pressed my own lips against hers as a battle of tongues ensued, with each clash it grew more heated by the second.
Shikoku's arms tighten around my neck as she presses her body further into mine, with her soft chest squished on my chest.
I lifted us both as her legs wrapped around my waist, desperately bringing me closer to her as well as a silent plea for something else.
I made our way to bed and slowly pulled her down as our lips finally separated, a thin strand of saliva was the only thing connected from our lips though it disappeared as it appeared.
I took a better look at the woman below me, her purple hair sprawled across the covers with the snakes looking up at me as their tongues flickered ever so often.
Her watery red eyes filled with love, adoration and lust as they darted around my face, taking in each detail of my face.
Her swollen lips from our exchange of tongues as heavy and heated breathing escaped through, some of her pure white teeth shimmered in the faint light of the room, giving off a dazzling effect.
And finally her body, hot and warm to the touch. Her chest heaved up and down, showcasing her chest to me though it was blocked by her bra. Her lower half rubbed against me in a desperate need that left me stunned.
This woman was mine.
This goddess loved me.
And I'm sure she felt a similar way as she gently brought me down to close face before pecking me on the lips, there was no lust in it nor desperation, just a simple message that carried more meaning than her own words.
'I love you'
6 Hours Later:
I weaved through the rocky terrain of the training room as rock spikes erupted from behind and beside me.
My body was a blur as I dodged and destroyed any spike that attempted to pierce me. One tried to strike me in the back but I managed to avoid it with projection sorcery, my body moved at further speeds as everything went grey, several blue projections of myself appeared.
I followed the frames given to me until I was 8 meters from my previous position. I stood on top of a stone pillar, staring down at the person responsible for those attacks.
Jouryuu.
Her posture was guarded and ready for any attack I threw at her. One hand on the floor, that was the reason for those spikes but it also helps her recover vitality.
Jouryuu's ability is absolute control over the earth, she can absorb the energy from the earth, launch attacks from the ground, coat any part of her body in stone and summon avatars made of mud or stone.
This all started because I wanted to master the templates I have currently.

I close the system and focus back on the fight. I bent my knee at the edge of my platform before blasting my body down to her, the platform had crumpled after I launched myself.
Jouryuu pushed her free arm forward as she blocked my leg. I used her large arm to push myself away from her as her other hand hit air.
I flashed forward and fired a series of punches with projection sorcery. Jouryuu was pushed against the wall as I continued the assault.
She pressed her hand against the wall as a large blunt pillar shot it and dragged me across the rocky floor and through several walls.
I placed my hand on the surface of the pillar before uttering a single word, "Cleave"
The pillar was sliced into medium-sized cubes before I landed on one, gazing at the dark-skinned goddess flapping her wings towards me as she waved through the debris.
Just as she was mere inches from my face, I shifted to the side as the large hand went past my head.
Grabbing the arm, I threw Jouryuu towards a wall as my rock cube hit the ground. Using projection sorcery, I ran at Jouryuu and struck her in the stomach before planting my free hand on her as several frames appeared.
She followed almost half but I quickly intercepted her by grabbing her hand for half a second as her body was trapped in a glass plane.
Cursed energy swelled around my fist as I thrusted it forward. One large cursed fist came shooting out, and Jouryuu was struck out of the glass plane.
Jouryuu rolled and bounced on the ground before stopping herself by digging her rock-coated fingers into the ground.
My body appeared behind her as she swung the back of her free fist at me. Raising my arm, I block the fist before using projection sorcery to launch a series of punches in her side.
Jouryuu jumped back as she extended her hands to the side, and two large boulders floated in the air before she clapped her hands towards me.
The two boulders were fired at me at terrifying speeds for a normal person. I lifted both hands as I pointed a double-finger gun at each boulder.
"Dismantle"
The boulders were cut in half and they seemed to lose their momentum as they fell into the ground, kicking up dust and small rubble.
Jouryuu flashed at my side before she swung her leg into me though I managed to minimise the damage by bringing my arms up before the leg hit me.
My body shot through several walls before I crashed into a wall, leaving a small crater from my impact.
My arms were tingling from the attack as a wide grin spread across my mouth, I let out a deep breath as I rolled my shoulders and walked towards her.
"You're getting better Jouryuu" I said glancing to the side where Jouryuu landed.
"Indeed, I have been watching how others fight while incorporating it into my own fighting style" She explained.
Jouryuu raised her right leg high before smashing down on the ground as a shockwave ran through the air and ground.
Before the shockwave could come near me, I sank into my shadow. I leapt out from Jouryuu's shadow and thrust my fist at her back.
Jouryuu seemed to have expected this as she swung her long white wing at me, before the wing could hit me I increased the gravity as her movements staggered, which allowed my fist to strike her back.
The impact wasn't normal as I hit her with ratio. Jouryuu's body was flown back as I chased after her with projection sorcery.
I ran in a semi-circle to cut her off as my leg hit her up into the ceiling of the training room.

I let a satisfied smirk grace my lips as Jouryuu came down to the ground, "Change" I said, changing Projection sorcery to Sky Manipulation.
My body lifted off the ground and towards Jouryuu's falling form. I managed to reach her as I caught her in my arms, her tall frame rested in my arms.
I slowly brought us to ground as Jouryuu opened her eyes to find my face watching her. Her cold expression doesn't change but the faint red hue on her cheeks tells me something else.
"...You win..." she mumbled softly, "...But it was a fun experience"
My feet touched the ground as Jouryuu moved out of my arms, and the rock gauntlets she had slowly crumbled to the ground.
She placed a hand on the ground as the several cuts and bruises around her body began to close and disappear.
I didn't receive much damage but I still healed my body with RCT, we made our way to the entrance of the training room as silence came over us.
"Shikoku assigned me a task to find those userpers of our kind and bring any that would have a useful ability for Kuusetsu" she said, breaking the silence.
"Do you need some help?" I requested.
"No, I don't want to rely on others' help when I can't do simple tasks" she said, denying my request.
"Alright, good luck" I said.
She nodded and continued forward once I went in a different direction to see what Kuusetsu and Jaku'un were doing.
