Rim Young glanced at Wi Hajoon nervously before lowering his gaze to the pan. The curry looked... acceptable. At least visually. Bright yellow zucchini, crushed hazelnuts, and a mixture of vegetables simmered together in the thick sauce, filling the kitchen with a warm, savory aroma. But appearances weren't the problem.
He knew exactly how it tasted, and it wasn't very good.
Can I still save it somehow...?
His mind raced.
Maybe more seasoning? A little sugar? More curry powder?
He was beginning to panic. If it had been anyone else, he probably wouldn't have cared this much. But... He didn't want Wi Hajoon to eat something that didn't even taste good.
"How much longer?"
Wi Hajoon asked impatiently, looking into the pan.
"Isn't it done already?"
Before Rim Young could answer, Wi Hajoon casually picked up another pair of chopsticks and reached toward the curry to taste it himself.
