"Hajoon, what are you doing?"
Right at that moment, Su Iseul's voice came to break the tension. Wi Hajoon instantly lowered his fist and, without replying to Su Iseul, he released Rim Young's collar only long enough to grab hold of his arm and yank him back to his feet with enough force to make him stumble. Before Rim Young could properly regain his balance, Wi Hajoon had already turned around and started dragging him away from the beach. The sand shifted beneath his feet as he struggled to keep up. The distance between them and the shoreline grew with every step.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't—"
He immediately tried to apologize, but remembering the expression on Wi Hajoon's face, he couldn't get the words out. Perhaps it would be best if he just didn't say anything. He was sure Wi Hajoon would only get more angry hearing his voice.
