When they arrived at Akari's house, her mother opened the door.
"Excuse us… we came to visit Akari," Airi said politely, bowing her head slightly.
Akari's mother smiled and nodded.
"Please, come in. She's in her room," she replied warmly.
Airi stepped inside first, her eyes already looking toward Akari's room.
"Hi, Akari!" she called out with a gentle smile.
From inside, Akari's voice came, slightly confused.
"Huh… Airi? What's going on?"
Airi walked in slowly, her eyes shining.
"We… all of us just wanted to come see you," she said.
Akari raised her eyebrows in surprise.
"Eh? All of you?"
One by one, Arou, Nova, Shion, Haru, and Tomo stepped into the room, each wearing a warm smile.
Not long after, Lumina walked in energetically.
"Hey, Akari! It's good to see you again!"
Akari's eyes widened in shock.
"W–wait… weren't Lumina, the mage, and the gunman… gone?" she murmured, her voice trembling.
Lumina smiled softly.
"No… we're still here. And we came to make sure you're okay," she said gently.
Arou stepped beside her.
"That's right… we all wanted to see you smile again," he added.
Akari lowered her head for a moment, then slowly smiled.
"I… I'm really happy you all came… I'm… touched," she whispered, her eyes glistening.
"AkarI… we want you to move freely again. Nova, can you help?" Arou asked seriously.
Nova nodded.
"Of course… I'll try using magic to speed up the healing of her leg."
He focused his energy, and a soft light began to envelop Akari's leg.
Airi held Akari's hand tightly.
"I hope this works…" she whispered.
Akari closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of the magic.
"It feels… warm… and… relieving. Thank you… mister mage," she said softly.
Nova frowned slightly.
"Hey, what kind of nickname is that? My name is Nova, not 'mister mage'!" he complained.
Akari smiled shyly.
"Oh… right. Sorry. Thank you, Nova."
Nova softened and smiled.
"You're welcome. Just focus on recovering."
A few minutes later, the light faded. Slowly, Akari moved her leg… and for the first time since her injury, she stood on her own.
Tomo and Haru immediately cheered.
"That's amazing! Nova, you're a genius!" Tomo shouted.
"Haha! This is incredible! Akari, try walking so we can see!" Haru added excitedly.
Akari looked at them, still a bit confused.
"Um… who are you two?"
Tomo raised his hand with a big grin.
"I'm Tomo! A friend of Airi's… we came along to visit you."
Haru stepped forward.
"And I'm Haru! Nice to meet you, Akari! We tagged along out of curiosity," he said with a smile.
Arou suddenly clutched his chest dramatically.
"So… you don't consider me your friend too?" he said, pretending to cry.
Tomo and Haru burst out laughing.
"Hahaha! No, no, that's not what we meant!"
"Relax, Arou. We're still friends!" Haru added, chuckling.
Akari watched them, confused but smiling.
"You're all… quite unique," she said softly.
Airi laughed gently, patting Arou's shoulder.
"Seriously, Arou… you make everything more cheerful," she said.
Lumina stood beside her, smiling warmly.
"Now everyone's together again… and this is only the beginning."
Akari looked at everyone in the room, a small smile on her face.
"Everyone… let's go outside for a walk," she said.
Tomo raised an eyebrow playfully.
"Wait… does that mean you consider us your friends too?"
Akari looked at them and smiled gently.
"If you're Airi's friends… then you're my friends too."
Tomo paused, then grinned.
"Wow… she's cool."
Haru nodded.
"Simple, but deep."
Airi's eyes sparkled.
"Let's go… together."
With careful but steady steps, Akari walked out of her room, supported by Airi and Lumina. The others followed behind.
When they reached the yard, Akari's mother stepped outside—and froze in shock.
"W–wait… how are you walking?!"
Akari smiled shyly.
"My friend healed me with magic," she said, pointing at Nova.
Her mother looked at Nova and bowed slightly.
"Thank you for helping my daughter."
Nova scratched his head.
"It's nothing, ma'am. I just did what I could."
Akari turned back to her mother.
"Mom… can I go out for a bit with them?"
Her mother hesitated, then nodded.
"Alright… just be careful. Don't push yourself."
Akari smiled brightly.
"Yes, Mom."
Tomo leaned toward Haru.
"Honestly… today feels like a dream."
Haru smiled.
"Yeah… but a really good one."
Akari walked slowly across the yard, the morning breeze brushing her face. The others followed, giving her space.
Tomo looked at her.
"So… you can really walk now?"
Akari nodded shyly.
"Yes… thanks to Nova. I still need to be careful, but it feels amazing."
Haru laughed.
"Haha… I thought I'd be the happiest today, but Akari beat me to it!"
Tomo grinned.
"Yeah… but this is such a great moment."
Arou walked beside Airi, watching Akari warmly.
"See? I told you… you'd be able to walk again."
Airi smiled softly.
"I'm just glad we're all together again," she whispered.
Akari took a few faster steps, testing herself.
"Wow… this feels incredible! I feel free!"
Nova smiled.
"Good. If you want, I can teach you some exercises to fully recover."
Akari nodded eagerly.
"Yes! Thank you!"
Tomo nudged Haru, laughing.
"Look at Arou and Airi… they totally act like a couple."
"Hahaha, seriously! And Akari's way too happy!" Haru added.
Lumina stood beside Akari, smiling gently.
"See? The power of friendship is real. You're strong, Akari… and you're not alone."
