"MEI! JIN! KEEP HIM ENGAGED! I'LL TAKE YUI SOMEWHERE SAFE!", Shion shouted and then vanished into thin air along with Yui.
"Teleportation? So that was the guy Ichino-kun mentioned... Who are these guys? They seem to be an organized group of alternates but how could something like that exist when we SOMA agents are here? I'll need to get answers from these guys..."
Hikari pointed at Mei and Jin and said, "You kids still aren't making a move. How about we just sit down and have a cha-"
Mei looked back in anger and chose to finally attack. FWOOSHHH!
Hikari jumped backwards to dodge the stream of fire.
"I'll admit that we were shocked for a few moments but you're still only human, human. Most of your body is still vulnerable to us. Hehehehehehe...", Mei said in a confident demeaning voice.
"That's right... These alternates know about SOMA and how our 2nd form works, I heard them chat while I was in the car. I seriously need to capture these guys and get some answers..."
Suddenly, Jiro's image flashed in Hikari's mind. "Damnit...! If it were up to me, I'd kill these bastards right here and now but I have to think as a SOMA agent..."
In an instant, Jin appeared behind Hikari with his Katana out of its sheath. Jin's unique ability, Perfect Samurai, gives him the perfected version of every quality a Samurai must have including things such as Swordsmanship, Iaijutsu, Breath Control, Zanshin and Intuition.
Hikari was caught off guard. "Wh- When did he!?"

Jin cleanly cut through Hikari's back. "Mei's exactly right, you see? Your human flesh is showing off its weakness, Kagura-kun."
"Tch!" Hikari grinned and just as when Mei was about to unleash her flames again, he used 2nd form on his legs to jump extremely high into the air.
Jin immediately realized what Hikari was planning to do. "Mei! Back off! He's about to blow up this whole area!"
Mei looked annoyed. "Crazy bastard!" Her and Jin fled into the forest. Hikari fell back onto the ground and said, "Ow ow ow! That guy sliced up my back real bad. Obviously, I wasn't gonna blow up the whole place, that would easily get attention from the civilians. I just needed them to think that to call Otori-san."
He immediately healed his back and called Tobu. "Moshi Moshi! Yes, Otori-san! I need you to use you ability up here on the northern part of Kita next to the Arakawa river. I've ran into some alternates, I'll explain the situation when I get back. Yes yes, thank you!" Hikari then hung up the phone in excitement.
"I really underestimated these kids, didn't I? Both of the ones still here seem to be 1st Class Medium Alternates but what actually makes them a nuisance is that unlike the other alternates we fight, these ones have knowledge on us alternate-users and can exploit the 2nd form. I guess I have no other choice, do I?"
"3rd form: Metamorphosis!"
Jin and Mei were hiding in the forest together. "Mei, he has no idea where we are right now. We need to be swift, catch him off guard and simultaneously deal killing blows. Do you understand?"
"Yeah, sure.", Mei replied in a slightly nervous voice.
"Hmmm... The best tactic is for us to split up, you see? You head over there and I'll hea-"
"Yo."
"Shit!"
Hikari stood above them with a big smile on his face. "You kids playing hide and seek?" Jin and Mei immediately dashed behind him and launched their attacks but this time, nothing happened.
Mei looked frustrated. "So he could use the 3rd form after all... What a nuisance!"
"Sorry but that ain't gonna work anymore, kids." Hikari reached Jin in an instant and delivered a brutal kick straight to his face sending Jin flying through the forests hitting trees again and again. He slowly looked towards Mei who was now extremely terrified and raised up his hand once more.

"You try anything and you're dead, kid. Tell me everything about you and your lovely group of friends."
"Tch! Hehehehehehehehehe... You thought that would scare me, I'll tell you nothing! A huma-"
PEW!
"ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!", Mei screamed in agony as the lower parts of her body were vaporized. Hikari glared at her with murderous intent. "Don't you get cheeky with me, alternate. I want to kill you more than anything at this moment, answer my questions if you wanna live."
Mei had fallen onto the ground, still screaming. "Geez... You can't even handle that much? I just shot a weak one at you, kid. Fine, you can regenerate so you can talk. I'll wai-"
SHING!
Jin had appeared right behind Hikari and cleanly sliced his back once again. "MEI! HOLD HIM DOWN!"
Hikari was confused. "How the hell did he get through my skin? I have the 3rd form activated, it must be something related to his unique ability."
Mei stretched out her arms and wrapped them around Hikari, Jin did the same. Jin began stretching out his mouth and sharpened his teeth. He was planning to try and bite off Hikari's head.
"You kids should know now that you're not strong enough to keep me still..." Hikari immediately broke through the hold causing Jin and Mei's arms to be torn apart.
Hikari slowly walked towards Jin and pointed one of his fingers at him, he started generating his light energy. "I'll be killing you now, no point in resisting. Your unique ability is quite the problem and the other one should be enough to get the info."
Suddenly, Shion popped in and grabbed Jin. He once again vanished into thin air along with Jin.
Hikari instantly looked back and saw that Mei was gone too. "Ughhh! Damnit! That one's annoying!"
Further down The Arakawa River far away from Hikari, Shion laid down Jin and Mei by the water.
"You guys got seriously damaged, sorry I left.", Shion said.
Mei was regenerating her lower body parts and Jin was still healing from Hikari's kick from earlier.
"Not your fault, Shion-kun. You had to make sure Yui was safe, you see? Where'd you keep her?"
"I teleported her to the sewers, she's safe there."
"Hehehehehe... I'm glad, we all managed to survive.", Mei said in a tired voice.
"Yeah, I'm gla-"
"Is that so?"
"WHAT!?"
Shion, Jin and Mei all looked up and saw Hikari hovering above them. He had his finger guns pointed at them ready to blast the light energy.
Shion started to sweat. "You bastard! How the hell did you find us!?"
"I tracked you kids through smell, the same thing I did earlier. I'm nowhere as good as Ikari-chan but I ain't bad at all."
Jin and Mei were extremely scared. Hikari grinned and said, "Seems like you kids have run out of options, this one's teleportation seems to have limits. Do as I say or get vaporized into nothingness, the choice is yours."
"Damnit! Jin and Mei are injured and even if they weren't, this guy's a damn monster! This will take a lot out of me but I have no other choice!"
"Come on then, answer the question I asked you earlier."
"We would never succumb to a human...!", Shion said while trying to hide the fear in his voice.
"Seems like I really do have to punish you insolent ki-"
SHRRRM!
"Huh!? WHAT THE HELL!? THEY TELEPORTED AGAIN!? I CAN'T EVEN SMELL THEM ANYMORE! I THOUGHT IT HAD LIMITS! WHY WOULDN'T THEY JUST TELEPORT REALLY FAR IN THE FIRST PLACE... Damnit... Come on, man! I played around too much... I should've just grabbed one and flew away!"
Hikari stopped hovering and sat down on the road in frustration. "No need to worry, we'll capture them eventually and get some much needed answers. Once that's done... I promise I'll avenge you, Jiro-kun."
Shion, Mei and Jin teleported into the sewers located in the north of the Greater Tokyo Area, the place where Shion had his chat with Takeru.
"That was close, Shion-kun..."
"Hehehehehehe... You really saved us there..."
Shion smacked the ground in frustration. "We couldn't handle the human even with all 4 of us! We're disappointments..."
Jin looked towards Shion and said, "Don't be too harsh on us, Shion-kun. Now we know why our master deemed him to be such a problem, you see?"
Shion, still looking frustrated, replied, "You're right, Jin. We'll have to ask master to deal with Kagura Hikari herself..."
