"Thanks." Logan said with a smile.
Luna's gesture had slightly eased the weight pressing on his mind.
Luna tilted her head, brushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
"Why are you thanking me? What if I really want to fight you?" Luna's eyes gleamed with mischief as she stared at Logan.
"Do you?" Logan asked with a faint smile. After a brief pause, he added, "I don't go easy on my opponents."
"Not even on me?" Luna said, then instantly realized what had slipped out of her mouth.
Her ears flushed red.
"Things might be different with you." Logan simply said and didn't elaborate further.
Luna didn't know why, but warmth bloomed across her chest at those words.
Her face reddened further, and she stammered slightly as she tried to speak.
"I… yo…"
In the next instant, Luna turned invisible.
"I'll… ta… talk to you some other time."
Logan stared dumbfounded at the spot she had vanished from before shaking his head lightly.
