The music was at full volume in the house while a great crowd of students were dancing in the middle of the living room with their spirits high and letting themselves be carried away by the thundering rhythm of the music that was heard through the speakers.
A banner hung crudely in the living room had written "Tigers Undefeated Champions" clearly indicating that the party was to celebrate the recent triumph of the Tigers against the Longhorns and their brilliant undefeated season of this year.
"There he comes" shouted someone who from the window glimpsed an old truck that approached in direction towards the house and stopped behind one of the cars and the occupant came out of the driver's seat while he adjusted the jacket he had on and entered through the front door provoking shouts of celebration from all the people inside.
"Our captain arrived!!" shouted one of the Tigers players while Wyatt crossed the entrance door and was received immediately by a tidal wave of voices that chanted his name and shouted praises in his direction causing a smile to immediately cross his face.
"Good job there" said a boy while he approached and patted Wyatt on the back who received them with pleasure while little by little he approached closer and closer to the center of the room and the people continued surrounding him from all sides.
"Tigers champions" shouted another girl to the air "TIGERS CHAMPIONS" shouted the crowd in response causing the mood of the party to liven up even more and the music became even louder than it already was before.
"Look who came" said Adam once his eyes landed on his friend who had arrived at his party "Is it perhaps the end of the world or what is the Mr. I don't go to parties doing here" Adam mocked causing the laughter of both him and his teammates knowing very well that seeing Wyatt at a party was a rare event in the school.
The times that he had gone to parties in all his years of high school could be counted with the hands and the thing is Wyatt was not exactly the biggest partygoer of all the group that title was without doubts Adam's who practically organized almost one a week.
"I thought about making an exception now that we are champions" said Wyatt with a smile towards all his teammates who simply laughed and celebrated the fact that their captain finally had decided to relax now that the season officially had come to an end.
"Very well" putting his hand on Wyatt's shoulders Adam separated him from the group while he began to explain things "The rooms upstairs are forbidden but I can make an exception for you" said Adam giving a wink towards his friend without having to explain to him what is upstairs.
"The drinks and food are in the kitchen" pointing in direction towards a hallway that clearly led to the mentioned place "You can also go to the patio if you need a break from the music and the crowd" this time Wyatt saw in direction towards there and saw how in the patio there were some couples kissing "Better if you go there with someone" Adam quickly added also seeing the couples that were there.
Both boys entered immediately to the kitchen and Adam took two beers from the cooler that was there "You want one" he said delivering a can in direction towards Wyatt who without thinking twice took it and started to drink some quick gulps.
"Thanks" Wyatt said as soon as his lips separated from the drink in direction towards Adam who also opened his and took a large sip "Don't mention it" after that Wyatt extended his can in direction towards Adam "For being champions" he pronounced being followed by Adam to immediately after drink from their respective beers again.
"Now let's move to the truly important" this time Adam's gaze was much more excited while his attention was placed on all the girls that were at the party celebrating "If you want my personal opinion I recommend Stephanie" said Adam while his gaze landed on the girl in question.
Wyatt's gaze landed on a girl with straight black hair who was dancing in the middle of all the floor with sensual movements while the tight black dress she wore let see all her curves in the right places taking the gaze of several of the male guests who were at the party.
"Believe me with her there is no losing if you know what I mean" Adam said with a look that let it be understood what he was talking about exactly but seeing how Wyatt did not show much interest his gaze landed on someone else who was at the party.
"Caitlin" he said this time fixing his gaze on a redhead girl with white and pale skin who was in a corner of the party watching the crowd with a lazy look on her face while she took a red cup and took a long sip.
"Something reserved and demure but a great beauty without a doubt although her character leaves something to be desired" was the comment that Adam gave to Wyatt about the girl in question "But if you want something easy" said Adam this time placing his eyes on a blonde girl in the kitchen who probably was on her 2nd or 3rd glass of beer "There is Britney" he mentioned the name of the girl.
Britney in question was a blonde girl who had her hair tied in a high ponytail and some piercing brown eyes who laughed at something they said to her side in the moment she felt a gaze on her she turned her head in that direction and seeing that it was Wyatt she immediately directed a sensual look along with a suggestive wink with the eye.
"That yes I warn you that she screams a lot and is very gossipy so it is against your own risk" Adam finally said warning him while raising both hands indicating that he had nothing to do if something were to happen.
"If not also .." Adam started trying to point out to Wyatt some other girl that was at the party until a girl who was with her back to both boys headed towards them.
"I see you are having fun guys" said the voice of the girl behind them causing both boys to turn to see who was the person who had spoken to them.
The girl in question was wrapped in a burgundy dress that along with her olive skin made her stand out even more and combined with her curly black hair and her full lips the girl was quite a show for the sight.
"Nichelle" Wyatt said in direction to the girl while he returned the smile towards her causing her to also return the smile to him.
"I think I better go" Adam said seeing the looks that both threw at each other and not wanting to be the third wheel of discord "See you later" he said giving a slap to Wyatt's shoulder and returning to the atmosphere of the party.
"You came" said Nichelle slightly surprised that he was at a party.
"I said I would come" was Wyatt's simple response while his gaze did not avoid traversing with the gaze the girl he had in front of him.
"Let's dance" Nichelle suddenly said approaching more to Wyatt reaching almost the height of the head thanks to the very high heels she decided to put on and took his hand to head directly towards the dance floor guiding the way with the tapping of her heels.

It was the song that was heard through all the speakers of the house while a multitude of young people danced in the middle of the floor.
Once in the center Nichelle began to sway her waist in front of Wyatt while he instinctively placed his hands on her waist while they both moved to the rhythm of the music.
"You don't dance as bad as I thought" Nichelle said after a moment slightly surprised that Wyatt can move with rhythm on the floor and not like a rigid log and out of rhythm.
"This is easier than eluding players of more than 200 pounds that run towards you trying to tackle you" Wyatt decided to say joking about the fact that dancing was easier than moving between players in the middle of a game.
"Hahaha" that comment took a laugh from the girl in front of Wyatt while she continued moving to the rhythm of the music until the song changed from being a lively one to a slower and more sensual one making the couples approach even more.
Nichelle without any modesty immediately approached more to Wyatt making the chests of both be united while her hands surrounded his neck and her face turned upward to be able to see him better due to the difference in height that there was between them even though she wore heels.
"I heard that you leave in December?" Nichelle could not help asking in a low voice taking advantage that both were close to each other and that the music prevented any other person could hear whatever they were whispering in that moment.
"Rumors run fast" Wyatt responded not denying at all what Nichelle had said.
And the thing is it was something that sooner or later everyone in the school was going to find out by not seeing him through the hallways of the university after the Christmas holidays.
Wyatt had made an effort this last year to be able to add the necessary credits to be able to graduate early and be able to train with the university team before the rest of his classmates to be able to arrive with everything for the 2014 season.
"And do you already know which team you will go to?" Nichelle continued interrogating since that was the question that everyone asked themselves in that moment.

"You are not fun" Nichelle responded with a pout on her face while she stood on tiptoes and approached her face even more towards Wyatt's who did not resist nor did anything to stop her as soon as he felt her lips on his.
Wyatt instinctively moved his head to the rhythm of Nichelle while he put his tongue in her mouth and they shared a kiss full of passion in the middle of the dance floor until they lacked breath. "Come with me" Wyatt said while he immediately took Nichelle's hand and led her upstairs.
As soon as he saw a door Wyatt immediately opened it and to his horror saw that the room was already occupied and the 2 people inside were busy. "Ihh" was the squeal of the girl as soon as she heard the door open while she covered herself with one of the pillows of the bed. "It's occupied man!!" shouted the boy who was under the girl.
"Sorry!!" Wyatt immediately shouted slamming the door not wanting the situation to become more awkward than it already is.
Immediately after Wyatt decided not to open the door of the rooms again fearing that all were effectively full so he quickly thought of a solution.
"Where are we going?" Nichelle asked seeing how Wyatt went down the stairs again.
"You'll see" he said opening the door while going in direction to his truck along with Nichelle.
