Juson drove in silence.
His thoughts were louder than the engine.
The policeman.
The dust.
Herik.
Everything was building into something he couldn't understand.
He turned the car—
Not toward school..
Toward the river.
He pressed the accelerator.
Faster.
He just needed to clear his head.
The road curved.
He turned left—
And froze.
A woman stood in front of the car.
Too close.
He slammed the brakes.
The tires screeched sharply.
The car hit her—not fully, but enough to throw her aside.
She crashed against the roadside.
Silence followed.
Juson's breathing broke instantly.
Fast. Uneven.
"No… no…".
He rushed out of the car.
She was still alive.
Whimpering.
Her body trembled in pain.
Juson froze for a second.
Then moved.
"It's okay… you'll be fine," he said, though his voice didn't believe it.
He helped her up carefully and brought her into the car.
His hands were shaking.
He did for what he came to riverside.
He throw the Maid's clothes.
But he didn't stop.
He drove.
Straight to the nearest hospital.
The car stopped abruptly.
Juson rushed inside. "Help! Someone's injured!"
Nurses arrived immediately.
They placed her on a stretcher and rushed her in.
Juson stood there, breath heavy, watching them disappear down the corridor.
A nurse approached him. "Your name?"
Juson paused.
Just for a second.
Then—
he lied.
He gave a false name.
She wrote it down and asked for details.
He answered quickly.
Then turned—
And walked out of the hospital.
Without looking back.
