"Holly Molly that's insane"
Jayden exclaimed.
The two boy's eyes were glowing with resolve.
Their auras was visibly trembling.
"I'll go first"
Snow's eyebrows furrowed as he watched Jayden pass past him.
"For the first time in a while I'm genuinely fired up"
"I wonder how strong I really am"
His entire aura shifted, focusing all his attention on the disk in front of him. Taking a step forward he got into motion. His aura concetrated on his hand unconsciously.
Arthur's eyes widened, his mouth was agape.
"Is he...?"
"He seriously isn't going to do what I'm thinking he is about to do right?" Arthur thought.
Arthur's thoughts were confirmed the next moment. Jaydens movements though a bit shabby were an exact imitation of his Instructors punch.
Jayden took in a sharp breath.
Before any thoughts could register into Arthurs mind a vibration resounded.
Arthur looked at the disk and saw two of the linings lit up.
"What, this different?"
"I thought I could at least match you instructor."
"He... Hehehe..." a disbelieving laugh sounded.
The two boy's looked at their Instructor. His expression left them shivering.
His left hand was folded above his chest whilst his right hand was partially covering his face.
A hint of a crazy grin was peaking out beneath his hand. Under his glasses his brown irises had this intense glow.
"It's like he is seeing some valuable treasures."the boys simultaneously thought.
Yes, in Arthurs eyes these two were already true gems.
" Ahhh when was the last time I felt this motivated to shape some treasures."
"I had forgotten this feeling this fire, it's eating me alive." Arthurs body was trembling in glee.
Despite his current average look and vibe. Arthur was a major addict to talented little kids. Nothing fulfilled him more than watching his own saplings grow.
" So what's my strength level"
Arthur's state was broken as he looked at the disk. An amused smile found it's way to his lips.
"Barely on the initial level of Demi release"
This is ridiculous he thought internally.
"Umm... Initial level? Jayden asked
Looking at his students Arthur saw their confusion.
"Listen" he began.
"Have u ever wondered why a person in the Demi Release stage can defeat another Demi release fighter."
"Technique?" Snow murmurs
"Instict?" Jayden adds on.
"Yes and yes."
"Those are factors technique, Intellect, wisdom and battle instincts are factors that can lead to victory for sure."
"But..."
Snows and Jayden listened attentively.
"Advancement level is also crucial." Arthur continued his face all serious.
"Each power stage has three advancements to break through."
"Initial level, the begginer level to every power stage."
"Middle level, it explains itself, this is the middle stage of power in a whole stage.
" Peak level, this is the state just before breaking through to the next stage.
"As an ancient man said."
"A whole is that which has a beginning, middle and end."
"You can not advance without a proper foundation or base so these levels serve as a preparation to your next power up."
"I see so I'm on my Demi release stage initial level, yeah?"
"Hehe, no remember I said this disk is meant to test strength not your level."
"You two are not even in release stage yet which is why this is just plain unbelievable."
"I'm just built different" Jayden grins.
As the two were conversing Snow took measured steps towards the disk.
"Strength huh?"
Jayden and his instructor stopped talking hearing his calm voice.
Snow's eyes shone competitively.
Taking an immature but trained pose, his demeanor changed.
Arthur's brows rose in interest.
'Though rough on the edges this is definitely the Iceveil martial arts.' he thought.
'Well I guess learning some punching techniques in my last year with mom wasn't totally in vain Snow's eyes sharpened.
Snow's left foot slid forward, he places his left hand forward whilst the palm was facing upwards. His right hand was slightly ahead his chest.
His aura moved towards his hand and when it had built up his hand slices forward. Just before making impact with the disk his hand coiled into a fist and a bang was heard.
"Oh middle level."
"Well just as I thought." Instructor Arthur said.
"What do you mean" Jayden snapped visibly annoyed.
It wasn't a good thing seeing his classmates strength above him and his instructors words weren't pleasant as well.
It's like saying he thought Jayden himself is weaker.
"Don't get me wrong Jayden."
"Snow is fast but his main point is his power compared to you,due to your affinity I'm betting your main point is speed."
"So no need to feel annoyed we all got our strengths and weaknesses."
"Understanding that is the first step towards growing stronger after all you learn how to make up for that."
"But we still have to confirm it, after all these are just my thoughts."
Instructor Arthur was already walking towards another device.
The two kids followed their Instructor clearly taking his advice seriously.
After testing out his students abilities and strengths Arthur grinned crazily.
'This little monsters never seize to amaze me, how wonderful.' he thought
"Well before I give you your final results why don't we do something fun." Arthur asked.
"Oh, what?" Jayden asked
Snow just stared at his instructor.
"How about a light spar, the two of you." Arthurs eyes glinted mischievously.
The two kids eyes sparkled with intensity it made Arthur shiver.
"Yes sir." their answer came instantly
