Peter estimated that if Wheel of Fortune reached ACT 4 or evolved into "Wheel of Fortune Requiem" via a Requiem Arrow, he might literally be able to roam the universe in a transforming mecha!
Shaking his head to clear those distant fantasies, Peter donned his suit, climbed out the window, and summoned his Glider. With a single glance, Wheel of Fortune lunged forward and possessed the flying board.
Immediately, the Glider's appearance shifted. The board expanded by two sizes. The gliders on the sides and the spikes at the front became incredibly sharp and retractable.
More ridiculously, the machine gun underneath, which had been empty of ammo, was suddenly draped with full ammo belts.
On the other side, a barrel resembling Iron Man's repulsor palm appeared. Information from the Stand revealed that this barrel could fire Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) beams powered by the internal battery packs!
Peter stepped onto the board and gave the mental command: "Go."
Whoosh—!
The Glider shot forward like an arrow from a bow, nearly doubling its previous speed! Before, its top speed was around 400 km/h.
Now, it had hit at least Mach 1 (1225 km/h)! This speed was fast enough to break the sound barrier.
If Peter upgraded the materials and the engine, this speed could keep doubling. Surpassing the latest fighter jets wouldn't be an issue.
Not only was it faster, but the handling had become effortless. The Glider didn't even need manual control; it moved instinctively according to Peter's will.
It could even navigate and avoid obstacles automatically while Peter kept his eyes closed.
The only downside was the sheer velocity; without protective gear, Peter felt slight physical discomfort, requiring the Horse Talisman to neutralize the G-force effects.
In less than a minute, Peter flew from Queens to Hell's Kitchen. Activating his Byakugan, he quickly locked onto a gang hideout belonging to Kingpin. He descended from the sky, and then...

The machine gun mounted under the board began to spit fire. Through his Byakugan, Peter observed that as each bullet was fired, new ones uncannily materialized at the end of the ammo belt.
Confirming this, Peter simply closed his eyes and let the Glider spin and leap under the control of the Wheel of Fortune!
Since a Stand's power is influenced by its host, Wheel of Fortune's Precision stat had clearly reached Rank A.
Without Peter's intervention, it easily dodged incoming enemy fire while shredding gang members into Swiss cheese with a dense hail of lead.
After a full minute of continuous fire, there was no sign of the ammo running out, but the gangsters were all dead in pools of blood. None of them knew who they had offended before they died.
Watching the carnage, Peter decided to test the EMP pulse.
Vroom—!
Accompanied by a low hum, a beam of light as thick as a baby's arm erupted. Wherever it passed—whether concrete ground or buildings—it carved long furrows and turned everything into scorched earth.
The beam lasted about three to five seconds before fading. According to the Stand, the current battery pack could only sustain a continuous beam for that long.
However, if fired as individual energy bolts, it could fire hundreds of rounds easily.
Furthermore, while Wheel of Fortune provided infinite energy, replenishing the storage took time. Once the battery was drained, it took about five seconds for the Stand to refill it completely.
Despite the cooldown, Peter was extremely satisfied. After all, even Tony Stark's arc reactor weapons needed to cool their barrels!
Having confirmed the Stand could enhance weapon systems and provide near-infinite energy, Peter tested its self-healing ability.
He hopped off the board, charged a Rasengan, and slammed it directly into the Glider. Just like when he took down the Green Goblin, a boom echoed as a large hole was blasted through the board. Ordinarily, the Glider would be scrap.
But under the influence of the Wheel of Fortune, the hole began to knit itself back together at a visible speed. In just three to five seconds, the hole was gone, leaving not even a scratch.

Just as Peter finished his testing and was about to find another hideout to practice his Rokushiki skills, his dedicated S.H.I.E.L.D. line rang. Peter picked up, and Nick Fury's anxious voice came through:
"Pe—Arbiter, I have something I need your help with... have you heard of Tony Stark?"
