Chapter 26 - TRP [26]

The holographic projection glowed softly in the cozy bedroom as Labrynth lay comfortably sprawled across the soft bed, her little feet happily swaying in the air.

Her white eyes were fixed intently on the projected image floating mid-air, where the northwestern corner of the projection flashed with a glaring red light.

Hundreds upon hundreds of skeleton soldiers were swarming madly toward the Labyrinth. The dense, skeletal army trampled over ruins, creating a truly terrifying scene.

These skeletons wielded rusted iron swords and bronze battle-axes, their eye sockets flickering with eerie green soul fire, radiating a violent killing intent.

"Hehe, time to level up again! (≧∇≦)ノ"

Labrynth couldn't help but let out a crisp laugh, her small face brimming with excitement.

Faced with this massive undead army, she felt not a shred of fear in her heart. Instead, she saw it as a windfall from the heavens.

These were free test dummies delivered right to her doorstep, perfect for thoroughly testing the combat capabilities of her Pure White Dolls.

Arianna stood quietly by the bedside, her green eyes observing the red dots on the projection. She bowed her head respectfully, her voice cool and clear.

"My Lord, do you require my intervention? (・ω・)" The green bat wings on the demon maid's back spread slightly.

It seemed that with just a single command from her master, she would immediately charge out of the Labyrinth and tear to shreds all those who dared to invade the territory.

Labrynth waved her small hand, rejecting Arianna's offer.

She wanted to see the true power of her new creations.

Why use a sledgehammer to crack a nut? Greeny is my trump card. Dealing with these small fry doesn't require her personal involvement.

She closed her eyes and activated the Rare-grade Support Skill, Remote Mental Manipulation. Vast psychic power surged forth like a tide.

Her psychic power directly connected to the minds of the ten Pure White Dolls patrolling the Labyrinth hall, delivering a cold and merciless command.

"Go crush all those bone piles to dust. Leave not a single one!"

( ̄^ ̄)ゞ

Labrynth issued the death order.

Upon receiving their master's command, the ten Pure White Dolls instantly assembled at the Labyrinth entrance, forming a neat and orderly formation.

Their flat faces showed no expression. The Mana Circuits within their bodies instantly lit up, fully activating their slaughter mode.

Driven by mana, the dolls' right arms rapidly transformed, morphing into one-and-a-half-meter-long silver blades, gleaming coldly and razor-sharp.

Without any hesitation, the ten Pure White Dolls strode forward with heavy steps, charging into the dense crowd of skeletons like white phantoms.

A one-sided, brutal massacre officially began. Relying on the formidable physical defense of their Silver Citadel Stone bodies, the Pure White Dolls rampaged through the enemy ranks.

The iron swords of the skeleton infantry struck the dolls' bodies but failed to leave even a scratch; instead, their own weapons shattered upon impact.

The silver blades on the dolls' right arms swung like merciless meat grinders, effortlessly slicing through large swathes of the fragile skeleton infantry ahead.

Shattered bones flew through the air. The skeleton archers in the rear didn't even have time to nock their arrows before being smashed to pieces, bows and bones alike, by the blades.

Several tall skeleton knights charged forward on their skeletal warhorses, attempting to pierce these strange, pure-white monsters with their lances.

The Pure White Dolls didn't dodge or evade. Swinging their one-and-a-half-meter-long blades, they met the charge head-on, cleaving both knight and horse cleanly in two.

The battlefield was littered with pale bone fragments in no time. The ten Pure White Dolls carved through the enemy formation seven times in and seven times out; no skeleton could stand in their way.

Faced with these terrifying, seemingly indestructible dolls, even the emotionless skeleton soldiers began to feel an instinctual fear.

The weak soul fire of the low-level undead trembled violently. Waves of despair surged frantically through the mental link into the system panel.

Lying in bed, listening to the constant chime of system notifications in her mind, Labrynth happily rolled around under her yeti fur blanket.

"Emotion Points plus ten, Emotion Points plus twenty... Wahaha, I'm rich! ╰(°▽°)╯" She laughed, unable to close her mouth.

Watching the balance on her panel skyrocket, this joy of earning money while lying comfortably at home was truly addictive.

Arianna considerately handed her a cup of warm black tea nearby, her gaze gentle as she watched her Lord's greedy, delighted expression.

Suddenly, Labrynth seemed to sense something–She immediately focused her psychic power, zooming in repeatedly on the holographic projection's display.

The image froze on one doll in the center of the battlefield. It was picking up a peculiar item from a pile of shattered bones belonging to a Mutated Skeleton.

It was a special skull emitting a dim red glow, its surface densely covered with intricate black Magic Marks–an eerie sight.

This skull was clearly no ordinary item; the magical energy fluctuation emanating from it was incredibly strong, seemingly the core hub used to control the entire army.

As the Pure White Doll picked up this dark red skull, its mental link with the undead army was instantly and forcibly severed.

Deprived of command, the skeleton army fell into chaos at once. Driven by instinctual fear, they scattered, fleeing in all directions.

"They run pretty fast. Oh well, let them go. ( ̄▽ ̄)" Labrynth took a sip of her tea and said lazily.

She then issued an order through the mental link, commanding the dolls to cease their attack and thoroughly clean up the battlefield, collecting all the bone fragments.

These were excellent raw materials, absolutely not to be wasted. The word "wastefulness" simply did not exist in a capitalist's dictionary.

Just then, a brilliant silver light suddenly erupted from Labrynth's body. A powerful magical energy fluctuation rippled through the bedroom.

The massive amount of combat experience allowed her to successfully break through the bottleneck. Her Body Level smoothly rose from 4 to the new stage of 5.

The Mana Circuits within her expanded once more. The feeling of power flooding her entire body made her squint her eyes in comfort, like a lazy little kitten.

The moment her level increased, the ancient wheel of fate materialized once again in her mind, successfully triggering the mysterious blessing of the Heart of Silver.

Filled with anticipation, Labrynth spun the pointer, watching the wheel rotate rapidly before ultimately stopping on a grid radiating golden light.

She successfully drew a Rare-grade Support Skill named [Soul Brand LV1].

This new skill allowed her to forcibly imprint a subservient Soul Brand on any living creature by consuming psychic power.

"Hahahaha! This is the perfect divine skill for exploiting labor!"

<( ̄︶ ̄)>

Labrynth cheered loudly.

She laughed heartily on the bed. With this skill, she could capture more high-level Monsters to serve as free labor.

After laughing her fill, Labrynth turned to look at Arianna beside her and instructed her to make a quick trip outside the Labyrinth.

"Greeny, go outside the Labyrinth and bring back that special skull the doll picked up. I want to study it carefully."

Arianna bowed respectfully in acknowledgment. Spreading her green bat wings, she transformed into a streak of light right away and flew out of the cozy bedroom.

Not long after, the demon maid returned smoothly, holding in both hands the special skull emitting a dim red glow, presenting it to Labrynth.

Labrynth extended her fair, delicate little hand and curiously touched the dark red skull covered in black marks.

The moment her fingertip made contact, a surge of pure, malevolent Death Magic shot from the skull directly toward her vulnerable mind.

Labrynth snorted coldly. Her immense psychic power instantly rebuffed this malicious energy, her cute little face turning serious.

This mana is incredibly refined. It seems the enemy behind this skeleton army is no weakling; hmmm, a troublesome opponent.

However, she wasn't worried.

With her impregnable Three-Dimensional Labyrinth, no matter how many enemies came, they would only end up as fodder.

Labrynth casually tossed the dark red skull aside and looked back at the holographic projection floating mid-air, a happy smile appearing on her face.

She gazed contentedly at the projection's display. The ten Pure White Dolls were diligently piling up the collected mountain of ordinary bone fragments.

Although these bones were low-grade, their quantity was massive. She planned to toss them all into the furnace as raw materials.

Afterward, she could attend to other matters.
