'Mondays are proof that weekends are too short and reality comes back to eat you cuz right now I'm so drained'
"You guys shouldn't forget that the Cambridge classes start today, but for this week the classes will be free so those of you that are interested should meet the vice principal so that your parents will be contacted for payment, enjoy the rest of your day" Miss Kana announced.

In the dining hall the air buzzed with the echoes of its familiar murmur.
"So are you going to do the Cambridge exams", Kenji asked gently pushing back to relax on the chair,
"I'd probably be doing it" Saki replied looking around a bit.
"Yah mee too Saki and I have been talking about it" Akari responds.
"What about you Taro you should be interested, aren't you?" Lila asked looking at him.
"Not really, it's too much stress and I'm already fed up with our curriculum but Renn you said that you were going to do Cambridge, didn't you" Taro said turning his head towards Renn.
"Yah, I'm doing it with Kenji"
"For real?" Taro replied not too surprised.
"Surprise" Kenji laughed as he waved his hands in the air sarcastically. putting his hands back down on the table he continued "My dad called and said that he had suddenly paid for the classes not like I hate it though I could have been warned at least"
"So I'm the only one not doing Cambridge" Taro lets out a sigh.
"don't worry we.re together in this" Lyla replied with her ever sheepish smile laying on her face.
"Hmm? you're already missing us" Akari leans towards Taro's direction with a satisfied smile on her face
"Yes, yes please don't go" Taro replied sarcastically.
A smug smirk appeared on Akari's face which Taro relax even more.
"By the way, Is Mei doing Cambridge" Renn asks a bit confused.
"Yah, I think we talked about it" Taro replies to Renn tying to remember.
"That's right the same with Kenji my parents just bombed it on me" Mei said turning over a page of her book.
"Hmm, isn't that nice" Lila says with a hint of mischief as she faces taro.
"Probably" Taro replied as he stood up "I'm going early to rest before out class, bye." he continued as he leaves the table vanishing out of sight.

Pushing open the door, the wind greeted him brushing his hair backward making him squint. Pushing forward he raises his head to the blue cloudy sky, he navigated his way to a hidden edge on the rooftop there a tall, silver haired boy was sitting down drawing. Noting the shadow crawl over him he raised his head.
"Taro, what's up" he spoke in a calm tone.
Taro took a seat beside him then asked "are you doing Cambridge"
"Oh yeah my parents said that I should do it so I guess I am, plus it would increase my chance of studying abroad, so it isn't bad, what about you"
"I guess you should know that I'm not doing it, I have something much more important that I'm doing"
"Ah yes that, well I guess we'll both be busy for summer break"
"Mmhmm it's going to be one hell of a summer"

"The sunset makes the hallway pretty doesn't it" Taro asks Lila as they walk down the hallway their steps echoing.
"Mmhmm, but I wish we didn't finish so late." Lila sighs with tiredly.
"I know right, but I guess the classes should have ended by now, it was quite surprising that you came to this cram school" Taro asks Lila the golden glow of the evening sun shining on his face.
'I came her to start classes just for me to meet her in front of the building, sigh'
"Oh, it really was a shock for me too, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised I mean for you to not do Cambridge then there must be something more important. But I am curious though why didn't you tell anyone about it." Lila replied turning to look at Taro with a smile.
"It's something that I'd rather keep to myself" he replied his gaze drifting to the floor
"So would you tell me since I know"
"Soon probably plus you would find out sooner or later"
"I guess that's right, cuz I'm smart aren't I"
"Sure, if you think so"
"That's mean" Lila replies laughing a little
"Yeah I know "Taro replies with a dim smile lit his face.
Pushing sideways Lila bumped her shoulder into Taro as they walk side by side, as the yellow sunset illuminates the air.
"Let's go to my class I need to drop my book" Lila points towards a door not too far from them.
"Sure"
Lila rushes her feet brushing the floor as they dash towards her class with Taro just behind her. He stopped at the door before looking out of the window as he sees students walking out a school
"I wonder how many people would actually do Cambridge, not everyone is happy leaving school by five"
"Well, its not like some of them have a choice" Lila replies closing her locker, lowering her voice she continued "you know how parents can be" before she then walks out of thr class.
Taro looked at her with an unreadable expression, his mouth quivered about to say something before stopping to let out a sigh "I guess you're right",
'let's not push it sometimes it's better to leave some things. If she wanted to talk about it she would have already'
the thought passed through Taro's mind as they walked down the hallway.

The evening sun cast a warm glow over the school grounds, Akari, Mei and Saki walked out of their last class. Akari yawned and her eyes drooping with exhaustion.
"I can't believe we'll be doing this everyday" Mei sighed with exhaustion.
"Saki, carry me", she pleaded her voice clearly above a whisper.
Saki chuckled "We chose to do Cambridge, Akari you can't blame me for your tiredness.
Saki teased Akari as the group of friends made their way out of school. As they approached the gate, they saw Kenji and Renn walking together.
Akari's eyes lit up as she waved enthusiastically "Heya" she called out her fatigue momentarily forgotten.
Kenji grinned and chimed in "Hey, looks like they had another class, nice to see you guys"
The two groups merged, exchanging greetings and small talk. As they stood outside the school gate the conversation flowed, with everyone catching up on each other's day. After a few minutes of chatting, they began their walk home. The evening air was filled with sounds of laughter and chatter as they strolled off into the distance.

'Right now, it's the beginning of May but for some reason…'
The rain poured down as the grey clouds covered the sky like a blanket, looking from the sky you could see a bunch of small dots moving around, but two in particular were moving towards the building, they were Taro and Renn.
"Huff huff, why today off all days" Renn who was soaked in water complained as he took of his shoes.
"Well at least I dint have to do anything, I'll just change up and rest in class." Taro replied unable to suppress the little smile that came on his face. "Oh, I'll be going first, I need to get something in your class; I left something in your locker, come meet me there when you're done"
"Alright, but what in my locker"
A smile appeared on Taro's face as he replied "That's not for you to know, bye" Upon saying that Taro walked into the hall waving his hand.
~sigh, Renn let out a sigh as he watched Taro disappear into the hallway.

Taro pushed open the classroom door walking straight to Renn's locker, rummaging through it looking for his keys.
"Why is his locker so scattered" He quietly murmured to himself as he continued searching.
Suddenly he heard a squeak, turning back he saw a girl at the corner of the class, she had a small stature probably reaching him at his shirt's sleeve, wine red hair falling down to her waist, and a pair of dark brown eyes dilated looking at him.
"Hey Taro has anyone ever told you that you have a nice body" she suddenly had an excited expression as she spoke holding her sketch book.
"Pretty sure I'm skinny" Taro said looking down on his body with a sad smile.
"It would be nice if you would just be my sculpture… hmmm what do you think" she tried convincing him with a smirk on her face.
"No not interest" Taro replied almost immediately
~sigh "At least I tried" she had already given up, knowing the kind of person Taro was she knew she couldn't convince him.
"Hey Taro are you ready"
Renn had just strolled into the class, he was also shirtless holding his damp shirt in his hand.
Miku's expression slightly changed, her eyes locking onto Renn with a new found intensity. Taro looked at her briefly from the corner of his eyes. She then turned her head, facing down at her sketch book her hair covering her face.
Taro grabbed his keys from Renn's locker and turned to Renn ready to leave.
"Ready to go?" Renn asked Taro, who nodded. As they exited the classroom, Taro caught Miku's lingering gaze on Renn's back, but he chose not to say anything.
The sound of pencil scratching paper filled the room as they left, Miku's eyes never left Renn's retreating figure until he disappeared into the hallway. "I'll draw you later she whispered to herself a smile spreading across her face as her cheeks flushed red, intense emotion filled her eyes.
