"How dare you!"
"To speak to our Empress like that!"
"Prepare for battle!"
As Stopi and two other guardian warriors shouted their orders, the female warriors surrounding Kairo all stepped forward almost simultaneously.
However, without a direct command from their Empress, they could only remain on guard with weapons drawn, not daring to attack recklessly.
Kairo paid no attention to the reactions of the warriors around him.
Instead, he kept his eyes fixed on Hancock without blinking.
At this time, Hancock was about the same age as Robin—young, energetic, and full of vitality.
Even with her icy expression, she was still pleasing to look at.
Especially when she was angry.
It was simply... too amusing.
If Kairo's guess was correct, Hancock was about to strike her signature pose of supreme contempt.
Sure enough.
Because Kairo had ignored her warning, landed on Amazon Lily, and even walked right up to her, Hancock was thoroughly enraged by his audacious behavior.
She leaned backward slightly, striking her iconic Empress pose as she looked down at him from an absurd angle.
"You dare ignore Amazon Lily's laws?"
"Die!!"
"Hahahahaha..."
The moment he saw Hancock perfectly recreate the same pose from the original story, Kairo could no longer hold it in and burst out laughing.
It wasn't that his sense of humor was low.
The pose was genuinely hilarious.
Kairo's sudden laughter left the female warriors who had been preparing to attack completely bewildered.
They blinked in confusion, looking at one another, momentarily unsure of what to do.
"Ahem."
Realizing he had lost his composure, Kairo immediately suppressed his laughter and put on a serious face.
"I normally don't laugh unless I can't hold it in."
Before the surrounding warriors could react, Kairo stepped forward and stared directly into Hancock's eyes.
"Let me repeat myself."
"I'm merely a traveler."
"Is Amazon Lily truly so narrow-minded that it can't even accommodate a traveler?"
Hearing his words, Hancock calmed down slightly.
The reason she had exploded earlier was because Kairo had completely ignored her warning and landed right in front of her.
The fact that he could remain so relaxed and carefree in such a tense situation suggested one of two things.
Either he was extremely powerful and confident he could fight them.
Or he truly was just a traveler who had come here out of simple curiosity.
Although Amazon Lily had enforced its ban on men for centuries, it wasn't an unreasonable nation.
Still, Kairo's attitude was difficult for her to accept.
Especially when he had suddenly burst into laughter moments ago.
That had nearly caused her to explode on the spot.
Even now, she was gritting her teeth in anger.
The veins on her forehead bulged, and her face visibly twitched as she teetered on the edge of violence.
"Well, it seems this country really has no place for an ordinary traveler."
Seeing Hancock's exaggerated expression of fury, Kairo suddenly stepped forward.
The playful attitude from moments ago vanished completely.
His face became serious.
"Or perhaps this is simply how you treat guests."
"In that case..."
"Come on."
"Let's fight first."
"We can discuss everything else afterward."
The instant Kairo finished speaking, an overwhelming pressure erupted from him without warning.
The entire area was instantly engulfed.
Before anyone present could react, a mountain-like force descended from above, pressing down on everyone and nearly suffocating them.
As Hancock felt the terrifying pressure pouring from Kairo's body, her expression changed slightly.
However, she was the Empress of Amazon Lily.
As the user of the Love-Love Fruit and a wielder of Conqueror's Haki, she wasn't someone who would be frightened by mere pressure.
"Damn it!"
Feeling the terrifying aura radiating from Kairo, Stopi suddenly snapped back to her senses.
She immediately bent forward and shouted,
"Guardian warriors, on my command—capture him!"
"Hm?"
Before Stopi could finish speaking, Kairo's gaze sharpened abruptly.
He turned and glanced at her.
Before the surrounding warriors could react, an even more terrifying pressure exploded outward.
A tangible whirlwind suddenly appeared beneath Kairo's feet.
It expanded in all directions at astonishing speed.
A dizzying hum echoed through the air.
Before anyone—including Hancock—could recover from the shock, the whirlwind swept through the battlefield.
Wherever it passed, the surrounding female warriors froze one after another.
Then—
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
One by one, they collapsed to the ground with vacant eyes.
In the blink of an eye, every warrior present except Hancock and her two sisters had fallen unconscious, their fate unknown.
"C-Conqueror's Haki!!!"
Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold, who had been standing quietly at Hancock's sides, simultaneously shrank their pupils and cried out in shock.
Even Hancock's icy expression disappeared.
She stared at Kairo solemnly.
Her instincts were warning her.
This man was extremely dangerous.
After knocking out all the surrounding warriors with Conqueror's Haki, Kairo slowly raised his head and looked at Hancock.
"Snake Princess, was it?"
"How about we play a game?"
"The three of you can come at me together."
"If you win, I'll let you do whatever you want with me."
"But if you lose..."
"You'll temporarily lift the ban on men for me."
"How about it?"
"Yo—"
Before Hancock could reply, Sandersonia suddenly recovered from her shock.
Perhaps because she was accustomed to seeing everyone treat her elder sister with absolute respect, hearing Kairo speak to Hancock in such a manner immediately provoked her.
Her first instinct was to rebuke him.
However, just as she managed to utter the first syllable—
Two razor-sharp glints instantly swept toward her.
The terrifying gaze made her feel as though she had fallen into an icy abyss.
She froze on the spot with her mouth still open.
Instantly silent.
Seeing Sandersonia obediently quiet down, Kairo nodded in satisfaction and turned his attention back to Hancock.
Hancock was furious.
Her fists were clenched tightly as she stared at Kairo.
As proud as she was, how could she tolerate such an attitude?
After all, she was the most beautiful woman in the world.
The Empress of Amazon Lily.
A woman so beautiful that no matter what she did, she would always be forgiven.
Standing on the verge of losing control, Hancock didn't answer Kairo's proposal.
Instead, she silently stepped forward.
She stopped directly in front of him.
Then she slowly raised her head.
Her voice was cold and domineering.
"You trespassed into Amazon Lily."
"You injured my people."
"I will never forgive you."
As her words fell, Hancock brought her hands together and formed the shape of a heart.
The power unique to her Love-Love Fruit quietly bloomed.
"Mero Mero Mellow!"
Her pleasant voice echoed through the air.
Several heart-shaped beams burst forth and instantly enveloped Kairo.
