Chapter 107 - A Legend of the West Blue — The Thriller Bark!

The moment she felt that sudden, terrifying aura, Robin shot to her feet and looked out through the window.

The instant her gaze landed on the sea—

she froze as if struck by lightning, her eyes widening in horror, her body completely stiff.

On the dark ocean ahead—

a massive shadow was slowly drifting toward Constantine City Harbor.

"Th-This is…"

Staring at that enormous silhouette and feeling the chilling presence spreading silently across the entire harbor, even Robin—who had spent ten years navigating the underworld of the West Blue—couldn't help but stagger back several steps before collapsing into a chair.

Her eyes were vacant as she muttered,

"This is… the legendary… Ghost Ship…"

The Ghost Ship—

a legend of the West Blue.

Its true name:

Thriller Bark.

Rather than a ship, it was more like a floating ghost island.

This island drifted endlessly across the sea, never staying in one place.

Wherever it appeared—

ships of all sizes in the surrounding waters would mysteriously disappear.

Since the Ohara incident, Robin had spent years in the underground world of the West Blue.

Although she had never personally seen the Ghost Ship before—

she knew its legends by heart.

At first, she had believed it was nothing more than a myth.

But now—

as she watched that massive shadow slowly approaching,

and felt the suffocating, eerie aura—

she finally realized:

Thriller Bark was real.

Although it moved slowly, the closer Thriller Bark drifted toward the harbor, the more restless the ships became.

Even the Traveler ship—

began moving uncontrollably toward it.

"Not good!"

Snapping back to her senses, Robin immediately activated her Flower-Flower Fruit ability.

Arms sprouted into existence, anchoring the Traveler ship to the shore.

But Thriller Bark's pull was far too strange.

No matter how hard she tried—

she couldn't stop the ship from being dragged forward.

Worse—

in just that short time, many ships in the harbor had already been pulled in and swallowed by the ship's massive front gate—

like the mouth of a monstrous beast.

"What's going on?! Why is Thriller Bark suddenly here?!"

While desperately trying to hold the ship in place, Robin anxiously looked toward the palace.

If Arashi didn't return soon—

there was no way she could stop the ship from being swallowed.

Rumble—!!!

Suddenly, a violent impact shook the entire area.

The massive Thriller Bark, which had been drifting slowly, abruptly came to a halt amid intense vibrations.

Before Robin could react—

a bone-chilling laugh echoed from within.

"Fufufufufufu…"

As the sinister laughter faded—

a massive figure leapt out from deep within Thriller Bark and landed at its front gate.

He looked like a demon from hell—

with onion-shaped hair and a grotesque face, staring down at the harbor.

"Absalom, stop hiding."

The man grinned wickedly.

"Once we finish looting this country, our plan can begin. Doctor Hogback is already getting impatient… fufufufufufu…"

As his words fell, another figure appeared beside him.

He wore a high-collared coat, boots, and a round hat—

his appearance equally unsettling.

Standing on the deck of the Traveler ship, Robin finally understood.

Thriller Bark hadn't appeared here on its own—

it had been brought here.

By these two.

Their goal was clear:

to plunder the kingdom.

"They… they actually…"

Robin's heart trembled.

"They dragged Thriller Bark here… just who are they?!"

Then suddenly—

her pupils shrank.

Her gaze locked onto the towering figure with onion-shaped hair.

That face—

she had seen it before.

Back when the Marines issued the summons for the Seven Warlords—

she had seen his portrait.

Gecko Moria.

User of the Shadow-Shadow Fruit.

Bounty: 320 million Berries.

Just as Robin was still reeling in shock—

Moria suddenly spread his arms wide.

From his body, countless black bats burst forth—

filling the sky as they surged toward Constantine City.

Within moments—

the entire city fell into chaos.

The bats swarmed everything in sight, attacking indiscriminately.

Screams echoed through the night—

one after another.

"Damn it! Where did these bats come from?!"

Inside the royal chamber, King Topkabo III was jolted awake as bats began biting him.

Opening his eyes to see the room filled with a swarm of black wings, he didn't even bother swatting them away.

He scrambled out of bed and ran toward the door, shouting frantically:

"Guards! Guards! Protect me!!"

At the same time—

inside another chamber—

Arashi lay holding Queen Sophia.

Hearing the sudden screams from outside, he blinked in confusion.

"…So everything before was just a misunderstanding?"

"This… is the real key to the 'stay overnight in the palace' mission?"
