[The Abyssal Academy - The Principal's Office]
Victor Thorne stood by his towering glass windows, watching the students of the Abyssal Academy march to their SIP investment seminars in the courtyard below.
"The ARS will not stop, Principal Thorne," Seraphina said, standing by his desk. She adjusted her glasses, her violet eyes reflecting the golden light of the Tycoon's Ledger. "Agent Vane and the Saboteur were just scouts. Eventually, they will find a jurisdictional loophole and freeze our assets."
"I am aware, Seraphina," Victor replied, turning away from the window. "We are holding nine hundred Trillion Gold in physical vaults across the continent. It is highly centralized. Centralized capital is vulnerable capital."
"Should we invest it into the Demon Realm franchise?"
"No. The ARS monitors all registered dimensions," Victor walked to his desk, tapping his fountain pen against the Ledger. "If we want to protect our capital from cosmic taxation, we need an offshore account. We need a dimension that does not exist on the ARS registries."
Princess Ignis, standing guard by the door, uncrossed her arms. "A hidden dimension? The only place not monitored by the cosmic laws is the Shattered Void. It's a lawless realm of pure chaos and Eldritch horrors. Nothing survives there."
"Chaos is simply an unregulated market, Ignis," Victor smiled a cold, calculating smile.
Victor slashed his gold-nibbed pen across the Ledger.
A massive, jagged spatial tear ripped open in the center of the office. Unlike the Pantheon Prime portals, this tear didn't glow with dark magic. It radiated absolute, freezing nothingness. The sound of maddening, multi-dimensional whispers leaked into the room.
Through the tear, they could see a floating island of black rock suspended in a swirling vortex of purple and black energy. Massive, tentacled Eldritch beasts writhed in the distance, their eyes glowing with ancient malice.
"Elara," Victor called out to his Growth Partner, who was trembling at the sight of the cosmic horrors. "Draft the incorporation papers."
"I-Incorporation for what?!" she gasped.
"For Pantheon Holdings LLC," Victor adjusted his midnight-blue cuffs. "We are setting up a shell company in the Shattered Void. We will transfer the deeds to the Elven Refinery, the Dwarven Mines, and our entire nine hundred Trillion Gold reserve into the LLC's name."
Victor turned to the Demon Princess.
"Ignis. Take the Class-A Chimera and five hundred Vampires through the portal. Clear the immediate perimeter of those tentacled liabilities and establish a secure server farm for the Ledger's backup data."
"You want me to fight Eldritch horrors to set up a shell company?!" Ignis yelled, though her fiery eyes betrayed her excitement for a real fight.
"Consider it a corporate retreat," Victor checked his gold Rolex. "The ARS cannot tax an entity that legally resides outside of space and time. Get to work. We have assets to hide."
