Chapter 70 - Saturday Morning

Loco and Tsuyoi were in the cafeteria for breakfast. Everyone in Q3 was waiting for the walls to open. It was only a matter of minutes before they did. King gathered all members of his gang around him and waited carefully. Y, however, was nowhere to be seen.

"You haven't eaten anything." Loco pointed at Tsuyoi's plate. "Oh," Tsuyoi perked up, Loco's words getting him out of his head. "Just zoned out."

"You should be full and ready for today, y'know?" Loco ate from his own plate. Today's meal was lasagna, and just like every other meal, there were no drinks. Just a cup of water. "King said I didn't need to worry about fights."

"I'm not talking about fights, but you should be ready for them anyway."

"Huh?" He looked up. "What were you talking about then?"

"The women of Q2 will practically jump at you. They didn't leave Y and King alone for months. They only did so when Elif ordered them to. You're a handsome young lad, just like me in my prime. Expect some attention."

"I don't really hate attention. But I don't want to be harassed either." Tsuyoi took a bite out of the lasagna and stared at King from a distance.

"I doubt they'll harass you. They might have pent-up sexual demands, since they're human after all, but don't expect them to do anything more than just not-so-subtle flirting." Loco didn't eat, he just watched him eat.

"Why would they even come here, though? Wouldn't the same thing apply to the men?"

"For the first few months after the women were transferred into their own division, that was the case. No one dared to step out of their cell. But… that quickly changed because of Elif."

That name again. Tsuyoi's attention was now fully directed at Loco.

"Today, no one in their right mind would dare to anger that monster."

And just as Loco said that, the bells around the prison rang. The giant walls dividing the prison into four slowly opened.

For the next 2 days, everything could've happened.

"What should we do?" Tsuyoi looked at the cafeteria's entrance. "I think the question is," Loco pointed at Tsuyoi, "what will *you* do?"

"Me?" Tsuyoi pointed at himself. "I think I'll…"

*"Unite the four divisions under one leader. Then we'll talk."*

"...Make some noise." Tsuyoi smiled and stood up.

Tsuyoi wasn't the only newbie in this prison. One of the most notable new inmates was The Monster Squad of Division 1. They were separate from the Bigshots, and were quite ambitious, which is something Biznes respected.

Their leader, Biggie, was built like his name. He was nearly 2 meters in height, broad and muscular. He was bald, probably due to being middle-aged and losing the genetic lottery. His 3 slaves, or as they called themselves, his friends, followed behind him. Enrul, Niddun and Kunen. Other than Biggie, they weren't really strong, as the reason they were inside was because of their robbery skills, not their fortitude.

Growing up unsupervised under the division of Biznes, where pragmatism was the core philosophy, they weren't really shy about messing around. This was their first weekend inside, and the moment they learned that there were women inside this prison, they were waiting for the first Saturday in excitement.

"You sure about this, Biggie? They say Elif is really strong." Enrul said, who walked alongside Niddun while Kunen stayed separate from the three, as he didn't like ganging up against their 'prey' and wanted to enjoy himself alone.

"We need to get Biznes' respect. When they learn of the cruelty we did, the dominance we imposed… he will finally take us in." Biggie confronted one of the small, petite women known as Halle in the hallway, all alone.

"Back off!" Halle yelled and took a step backwards. "Somebody get help!" She yelled, but nobody heard her voice.

"Scream all you want, Enrul is into that shit." Niddun said as he took a step forward. "Stop lying, dumbass!" Enrul cackled.

"Gentleman, gentleman." Biggie stopped the two. "It's only fair if the boss takes the first bite."

"Of course, sorry Biggie." The two said. Halle started shaking in worry and fear and backed up into a wall. "Leave… please!" She screamed in fear. "Somebody…. help…"

As Biggie raised his hand over her, a loud thud was heard in the nearby rooms. Then another one, and another one. Seemingly getting louder. No, closer.

Then, from the wall behind Halle, a hole was opened by a man flying at dangerous speeds. The man, who was now clearly Kunen, crashed into the wall behind him and groaned in pain, unable to move. "That… that bitch is crazy!" He could barely let the words escape his mouth. "Run away, you fools!"

"...Somebody help them." Halle collapsed onto the floor and buried her face in her knees, sobbing. "What the fuck?!" The three raised their hands, ready to fight.

As the dust cleared, a woman stepped out of the hole. Elif was in her early twenties and stood around 175 centimeters tall. She had long, reddish-brown hair that fell naturally around her face, framing a pair of deep blue-grey eyes. Her eyelashes were long, and her eyebrows were straight and defined, giving her features a subtle sharpness. Her lips had a natural sheen to them, and her skin had a fresh, unadorned look. She rarely wore makeup, if any at all, and didn't seem to need much to look put together. Her features weren't striking enough to turn every head in a room, but there was something quietly attractive about her, a natural prettiness that became more noticeable the longer you looked at her. She had a lean, athletic build, and a grey sweater was tied casually around her waist.

"Elif…" Halle spoke between the sobs. "...Don't get in solitary again, please."

"Elif?!" Biggie unconsciously breathed out.

Despite the seemingly harmless appearance she had, the three felt like rabbits cornered by a wolf. "Never seen you guys around here," She said, her voice carrying back anger and violent intent, but appearing calm enough. "I'm Elif, Jahannam's Lion." She raised her hands and started hopping on her feet in a rhythmic manner. "I have fought 1237 times, won 1234 times and lost 3 times,"

"What the fuck are you doing, fight her!" Biggie pushed Enrul towards her. In fear and helpless desperation, Enrul swung his fists.

The punch landed, and a few loud cracks echoed in the hallway. All 5 of Enrul's fingers and his wrist were broken upon impact with her chin. "Although, one could argue the 765th was a draw." She swung down her fist, half of his body digging into the floor.

Biggie and Niddun stared in fear at the sheer strength displayed in front of them. They couldn't breathe, it was as if the air here was replaced by sheer lethality.

"Anywho, welcome to Jahannam." She rushed and appeared in front of Biggie at speeds he could barely react to. Before she swung her fist, Biggie grabbed Niddun by the skull and used him to block her punch. Niddun went unconscious in sheer fear.

She stopped her fist right before the impact, the wind pressure alone made Biggie's feet slide off the floor. Everywhere she tried to punch, he used Niddun's body to block it. "How are you so good at this?! How does one get this good at something like this?!" Elif yelled in frustration. "Sorry, little girl! Unlike you, I use my strength to dominate! Not to protect!" Biggie laughed.

"...Huh?" Elif stopped and raised an eyebrow in confusion. "I don't understand."

"You may be strong, but at the end of the day, you're just a wimp! As long as you fight to protect, you're doomed." Biggie grinned.

"That's not what I meant by 'I don't understand.' I got that part quite well, asshole." Elif clenched her teeth in anger and swung once again. "The part that confused me…"

As Biggie moved Niddun once more, her fist just phased through his body and hit Biggie in the face, destroying his teeth, nose and face altogether and slamming him against the wall. "...Was when you said 'your strength.'" She pulled her fist out of the man who had no hopes of clinging to consciousness. "What strength were you talking about?"

She squatted down and checked their pulses, and sighed in relief when she realized they weren't dead. Then, she went to check on Halle and gently grabbed her hands. "I didn't kill them. I'm not going to solitary. Are you okay?"

She wiped her tears and slowly stood up with Elif's help. "Yes. Thank you Elif, thank you!" She kept crying and hugged her. "Let's get you something to eat, okay?" Elif smiled, proud of herself. "I've got you."
