His hands traced her panties, and slowly reached out to her clits.
She let out a loud moan craving for more.
The pills had started to take effect.
"Tell me you want me babe" Ethan whispered to her ears while still rubbing her clits.
"I want you Ethan" she said, no hesitation. She couldn't stop him, she wanted more. She also couldn't understand why it was happening, she was never in the mood to begin with. Why all of a sudden.
Ethan carried her to his desk, spreading her legs widely. He went on his kneels and used his tongues on her clits.
This time she couldn't hold it in, her right hands aiming for supports from the desk while her left hands on Ethan's head as she moaned his name out loud.
In a moment she raised his head, came down from the desk and reached out for his trousers.
He let out a loud groan
"Your mouth is so tight" he said slamming his cock into her mouth
After a bit of satisfaction, he carried her to the bed, he wanted to use his tongues this time then-
"I want you Ethan, I want you inside me" Janaya said staring straight at Ethan. She didn't know why she altered those words and she didn't care either.
Ethan gently reached for the spot and they both let out a loud moan.
That was it, the first night.
The room fell into a heavy silence.
Only the faint sound of their breathing lingered in the air.
Janaya lay still on the bed, her eyes fixed on the ceiling, her chest rising and falling unevenly. The weight of what had just happened slowly began to settle in—not all at once, but in fragments.
Confusion.
Regret.
And something she couldn't quite explain.
Ethan, on the other hand, looked satisfied. Too satisfied.
He reached for his glass of wine, taking a slow sip as if nothing significant had just occurred.
"First night," he said calmly, glancing at her. "Two more to go."
Those words snapped something inside her.
Janaya turned her head slowly, her brows tightening.
"What… did you do?" she asked, her voice lower now—clearer than before.
Ethan paused, then smiled faintly.
"Careful, Janaya," he replied. "You asked for this deal."
Her fingers tightened against the sheets.
No… something wasn't right.
The way her body had reacted…
The way her mind had gone blank…
That wasn't her.
Her gaze shifted to the wine glass sitting on the table.
And in that moment—
It clicked.
"Something was in the wine?" Janaya asked, her voice tightening, anger flashing in her eyes.
"It helped the process, didn't it?" Ethan replied instantly, a dark smile playing on his lips as he turned to face her.
"This wasn't the agreement." Janaya snapped, rushing out of the bed, grabbing the nearest cloth to cover herself.
"You enjoyed it, Janaya… those sounds?" Ethan said, rising slowly from the bed, his tone calm—almost mocking.
Janaya froze.
For a moment, no words came out.
"I… I need to go home," she said finally, her voice breaking as tears threatened to fall.
Ethan watched her carefully.
"When do I get to see you again?" he asked, as if nothing had happened.
"Tomorrow," she replied quietly, the regret hitting her almost immediately.
"I have a meeting at Aureum Holdings tomorrow, babe," Ethan said, adjusting his sleeve.
"Your man will be there too," he added, his voice laced with meaning.
Janaya turned sharply.
"This stays between us, Ethan," she said firmly, forcing strength into her voice.
"I'm not disputing that," he replied, raising his hands slightly in surrender before turning and walking out of the room.
Janaya snapped back from her flashbacks. It was Timothy, he had called her name three times already but she was deep in thought.
"Janaya" he called again tapping her
"Yes…" Janaya answered softly as she snapped back to reality.
"Why were you so lost, Janaya? That's unlike you," Timothy said, studying her face.
Janaya's lips trembled.
"Timothy… are you leaving me too?" she asked, tears rolling down her cheeks once again.
"Leaving you? Why would I do that?" Timothy replied, confused.
"I heard you were involved in an accident yesterday and rushed here."
"Maya left… Jason too… and my boyfriend…" Janaya said, her voice breaking as she let out a painful cry—like she had been holding everything in for too long.
Timothy moved closer immediately.
"What's going on? Talk to me."
Janaya swallowed hard.
"I… I cheated. For reasons…" she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
"You what?" Timothy asked, shocked.
"I was caught up, Timothy… I was so helpless," she cried. "Please… can you help me?"
"I will," he said without hesitation. "Just tell me what to do."
"Our friend group… we need to come back together," she said, gripping his hand tightly.
"I can't afford to lose anyone right now. Maya left the group…"
"Maya did?" Timothy paused, trying to process everything.
"Hold on, Janaya… I need to understand what's happening. I'm really confused."
"It's a long story… it started with my parents running into debt…" she said, holding onto him as she explained everything.
When she was done, silence filled the room.
"Oh my God… Janaya," Timothy muttered, running a hand through his hair.
"You kept all of this to yourself?"
He looked at her, disappointment clear in his eyes.
"This is bad, Janaya. Why are we your friends then?" he said honestly.
"Maya isn't wrong for feeling that way. She's always there for everyone, always lifting people up… and you kept something like this from us? Like we don't matter?"
His voice softened slightly.
"That hurts. It really does."
Janaya broke down again.
"Timothy, I take all the blame. I know I'm wrong… but please, can we fix this?" she begged, holding onto him tightly.
"I promise to change. I'll be better… I just—I miss you all so much," she said, her voice shaking.
"I don't even know how to move on without you guys. Please…"
Timothy sighed deeply.
"I forgive you, Janaya," he said finally.
"And I'll help you get through this."
She looked up at him, hope flickering in her eyes.
"When will you be discharged?" he asked.
"The doctor said two more days," she replied quietly.
"But staying here won't fix anything… I already miss Damian."
Timothy exhaled slowly.
"Damian is going to be a hard one," he said.
"Do you really think he'll forgive you?"
Janaya looked down for a moment, then back at him.
"Honestly… I don't think so," she admitted.
"But that doesn't mean I shouldn't try."
