Devara slowly moved his hand closer toward the darkness barrier surrounding Kandarpaasura.
The moment the tiny black hole approached it, the reaction became much stronger.
The darkness began streaming toward it.
What had initially looked like thin wisps of smoke now became thick currents of black energy, twisting violently through the air before being dragged into the tiny singularity at Devara's fingertip.
The barrier surrounding Kandarpaasura started shrinking as more and more of its darkness was pulled away.
But Devara soon noticed something else.
The air around them had begun to move.
Loose pieces of cloth fluttered toward his hand.
Dust and small fragments from the ceremonial floor began sliding across the ground.
