The sacred shore of the Ganga River had fallen into complete silence.
Only the crashing river waves and Devara's increasingly panicked voice could be heard.
Devara hurriedly moved between the five motionless crocodiles, checking them over again and again with growing worry.
His earlier excitement had completely vanished now.
All that remained was fear.
"What's wrong with them?"
He checked Varga again carefully.
Her body remained unmoving.
No reaction. No response.
No matter what he did.
Immediately another terrible possibility entered his mind.
"…Wait."
His expression changed drastically.
"Can't they breathe outside the water?!"
The guards exchanged nervous glances hearing him panic aloud.
But even while speaking, Devara himself immediately rejected the thought.
