c45: The Voidwalker
Only a few minutes passed before Pepper's body slowly settled back onto the ground.
"My God!"
Pepper opened her eyes, her body trembling violently as she jolted awake, crying out in shock.
"Pepper, what did you see?"
Tony asked immediately upon seeing her regain consciousness, his voice urgent but controlled.
"I saw… things I can't even describe."
"One unimaginable behemoth after another."
"Compared to them, I felt completely insignificant."
"So insignificant… not even comparable to a human… less than an ant."
Pepper said, her face pale, her breathing uneven, her voice filled with awe and lingering fear.
"Those are manifestations of the Void's existence… something like projections of its higher forms."
"It also means that if we continue to evolve, we may eventually approach that level of existence."
"So you don't need to be afraid."
Tony quickly reassured her, recalling his own experience, though what he had seen was even more complex and included Harvey's presence among those entities.
"Does that mean I'll become one of those… things?"
Pepper's face turned even paler as she tried to process what that implied.
"You only saw those massive creatures?"
Tony asked carefully, a subtle change appearing in his expression.
"Yes… just one after another. Some of them looked like they were larger than planets… or even stars."
Pepper nodded, still confused and unsettled by what she had witnessed.
"Don't worry. Trust me, what you saw should be the most primal and extreme forms of evolution."
"They don't stay like that… they can take on forms suitable for different environments."
Tony's eyes flickered slightly as he spoke, his mind rapidly connecting what Pepper saw with his own experience, especially the figure of Harvey walking through the cosmos.
"Is there anything to eat?"
Pepper asked suddenly, her tone shifting as a strong sense of hunger rose within her body, interrupting her fear.
"I've already had food prepared. It should be delivered soon."
"And I'll explain everything to you properly after that."
"You don't need to worry."
"I'm here."
Tony said, unsurprised by her sudden hunger, as he had experienced the same thing himself not long ago.
"Okay."
Pepper nodded slightly, reassured by Tony's presence and tone.
Meanwhile.
Harvey Ambellaca drove back to his residence, his mind calm as he reviewed everything that had happened.
The system had already notified him that a second individual had successfully established contact with the Void.
He didn't need to guess to know that Tony Stark had convinced Pepper Potts to accept it.
Without hesitation, Harvey confirmed the acceptance.
Pepper's integration into the Void only granted him 5,000 Void Energy—far less compared to the 100,000 he had gained from Tony Stark, whose influence and potential in the Marvel universe were far greater.
However, Pepper's presence was significant in another way.
Her joining would stabilize Tony Stark's mindset and ensure he fully accepted his transformation, reducing the risk of instability or resistance.
So Harvey didn't care much about the difference in Void Energy gain.
Besides, he now had more important matters to focus on.
Harvey returned home, changed into comfortable loungewear, and headed directly toward his underground training area.
The space had already been reinforced multiple times to withstand the increasing pressure of his evolving abilities.
Harvey then opened his Hero Template interface.
The system panel appeared before him, displaying a selection limit of one available template.
Previously, before he knew that spreading the Void's will would grant him more hero template choices,
he had thought that if he had a second chance, he would definitely choose Cho'Gath, the Void Terror.
Because of the terrifying evolutionary abilities of the Void Reaver and the Void Terror,
as long as he evolved more times, his survivability would be greatly enhanced.
Even before he fully matured, as long as he didn't provoke certain cosmic beings like Galactus or the Celestials,
no enemy could truly threaten his life.
But now that he knew that the more people he made believe in the Void, the more hero templates he could choose,
his only optimal choice was the power of Kassadin, the Voidwalker.
With Kassadin's Voidwalking ability, he could directly enter the universe and establish the Void Cult.
With powerful figures on Earth such as Ancient One and Odin,
he couldn't act recklessly. Aside from the Nine Realms governed by Asgard, there was far less restriction in the wider universe.

Harvey closed his eyes and stood there, time slowly passing until night fell.
Only then did Harvey truly digest this vast knowledge.
When he opened his eyes again, Harvey's dark eyes had become even deeper, with a faint golden glow hidden within, resembling the energy fluctuations seen in cosmic entities.
The world Harvey saw now contained far more strands of Void energy than before, similar to how sorcerers perceive mystical energy across dimensions.
Harvey found the world before him to have changed drastically, carefully pondering the many arcane principles and spatial laws in his mind.
Harvey stretched out his right hand, and a purple Void Blade was drawn out. The space cut by the Void Blade distorted violently, resembling the fabric-tearing effects of interdimensional portals.
At the same time, Harvey's thoughts shifted, and his body soared into the air. Purple-black orbs began to condense in the void, circling around him like unstable singularities.
Reflected in the purple light, Harvey's aura became somewhat sinister and eerie.
He didn't even need to evolve his flight ability; by manipulating spatial energy similar to how Doctor Strange bends reality, he could levitate freely.
Harvey closed his eyes, and although he was in the basement, his perception extended outward, phasing through matter as if observing the world from a higher-dimensional perspective.
Harvey stepped forward, creating a void rift beneath his feet, and his body instantly transformed into a streak of purple light and vanished.
The next second, Harvey's body appeared in the first-floor lobby.

"Before the physical body truly matures, mastery over energy and dimensions is indeed the true path to power."
Harvey couldn't help but feel a deep sense of reflection as he saw himself pass through solid structures and instantly arrive on the first floor, exactly as he had anticipated.
