When Drake's vision returned to normal, he noticed the sky was very dark, not because it was daytime but because it was covered by dark clouds.
Activating his magic sense skill, Drake received information of what was happening ten miles around him and what he saw stunned him.
There were millions of creatures made of crystals attacking a large city.
Drake didn't rush there right away. He first checked his connection with his shadow dimension and noticed his family and guests were okay, patiently waiting to get out.
Then he saw around him and asked out loud:
"Helena?"
Helena deactivated her camouflage and asked calmly, "yes Drake?"
Drake heaved a sign of relief and asked, "can you still teleport to the Ark dimension?"
Helena seemed to process as calculations ran through her screen and nodded, "I can still open teleportation domes to the Ark Dimensions."
"Well that's a relief."
Drake feared he could not access the Ark Dimension after traveling to another world but he was maybe thinking too much, the Ark Dimension was probably connected to him and not the world he lived in.
Drake summoned his family and friends from his Shadow Dimension and asked them to wait in the Ark Dimension while he found a place to stay. They were visibly relieved to stay in the Ark dimension instead of the Shadow dimension since there were not soldiers there.
Drake asked the demon girls to follow him, he wanted to check on those crystal monsters and find out what was happening.
When they arrived, there was carnage everywhere. Soldiers in ancient looking armor were fighting to the death with the crystal monsters while mages created rocks to smash the crystal monsters.
Drake saw what seemed to be a king and a woman in a lab coat surrounded by soldiers on top of the city's walls.
"What do we do milord? Do we help them?" Carrera asked.
"Those crystal monsters seem to be resistant to magic." Diabla commented.
Drake thought for a moment and said, "we don't lose anything by helping them. Testarossa, revive those that can be revived using the elixirs of resurrection, and heal those injured with full potions.
Diabla, Carrera and Ultima, you can kill the crystal monsters. I'll summon my shadow soldiers to help."
Drake felt the crystal monsters looked familiar, he had seen some of them from an anime he used to watch.
They looked like phrase from the anime, In another world with my smartphone. But he had only seen the anime so he doesn't remember the scene in front of him.
"Come out."
Hearing their lord's command, Drake's shadow expanded for miles and hundreds of thousands of shadows appeared in the air. Those that could not fly, immediately dived down while those with wings flew at high speeds.
The people fighting the phrase were frightened when they saw the dark being covering the sky, but when they saw them destroying the phrase, they were elated.
With a furious roar they fought harder to get rid of the phrase and save their city.
Drake flew closer to the king and asked calmly:
"Sorry to butt in, but it looked to me you were losing the fight. If you don't need our help we can retreat."
The king bow solemnly and said respectfully, "We appreciate your kind gesture young traveler, we were ready to die, but thanks to you we now have some hope for overcoming this crisis. My name is Arthur Partheno, I'm the current king of the Partheno Sacred Empire. May I know what is our benefactor's name?"
"My name is Drake Martinez."
The king smiled and said amicably, "it's a pleasure to meet you, Drake Martinez. This one by my side is my court magician and head of research, Regina Babylon."
Drake saw the seductive woman smiling at him and nodded his head, he instantly understood he was thousands of years before canon, "nice to meet you, Mrs. Regina."
"Don't be so distant Mr, Martinez, I'm still single and you can just call me Regina. I wonder, you're not from this world are you?"
Drake raised an eyebrow by how easily she can deduce his origin, "I'm surprised you can tell, Regina. Have you met other people from another world?"
Regina shook her head no, "unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure, but it's easy to deduce your origin because there's no one with such magic skills in this world. Besides, those crystal creatures are also from another world."
The King Arthur was very surprised to hear Drake was from another world. Were people from another world this powerful? He was now a little worried for Drake's intentions on coming to his world.
While they spoke, the shadow soldiers were destroying the phrase without any resistance. There were powerful slime emperors melting the phrase using acid. The undead nights used their magic swords to cut them like cutting butter. Giganotosaurus using tek laser guns to destroy the phrase. The Ark bosses, dragons and leviathans were using raw strength to crush the phrase.
The most powerful was Zarathos, he was killing the phrase like picking vegetables. His chains destroyed them in seconds.
The demon girls were taking care of the biggest phrases, treating them like bosses. But they offered no resistance as they easily handled the phrase bosses.
Seeing how easily Drake's subordinates handled the phrase, King Arthur felt a jolt in his heart. If this people sought to conquer his world, who would be able to stop him?
Although he had worries, the King still said in a flattery tone, "your soldiers are very formidable Drake Martinez."
Drake felt the agitation from the king and said calmly, "we are only here on vacation. I will only stay for a few years and go back to my world."
Hearing Drake's words, the king visibly relaxed and said in a calmly manner, "do you want to stay and see the end of the battle or would you like to rest inside the kingdom's castle."
"I'd like to stay for a while longer."
"Alright"
"Mr. Martinez, what is the potion you subordinate is using to heal and resurrect the fallen soldiers?"
Hearing Regina's question, Drake glanced at Testarossa who was calmly walking in the battlefield spraying soldiers with healing potions and resurrecting the dead using the elixirs.
"Those are potions created in my world. They're no for free, so I hope your kingdom can remunerate me after the battle is over. Of course, I'll give you a fair price."
Regina was intrigued by those potions and wanted to study them.
The king nodded solemnly and said, "of course, everything will be paid in full. I will also reward you for helping and saving us."
Drake nodded his head satisfied.
"Are these phrase only attacking your kingdom?"
The king shook his head no, "this is happening globally. There are only three kingdoms in the world, we receive help requests from the other two kingdoms today but we were also helpless so we didn't reply. We also received help requests from many of our cities, they won't last long"
"Then I don't mind helping you resolve your crisis. We'll do what we can to help."
The king smiled and immediately offered, "we have teleportation circles built in main cities and the other two kingdoms. I'm sure it will be useful."
After another ten minutes of fighting, all the phrases attacking Partheno City were annihilated.
The demon girls and the shadow soldiers knelt in front of Drake and reported dutifully:
"We completed the mission lord."
Drake shook his head no and said, "it's not over yet. Divide into three groups. You'll be going around the world and finish all the phrases. Any questions?"
"No questions, lord."
Seein such discipline and obedience, the King was a little jealous. Wouldn't he be invincible if he had an army like Drake's.
"I really don't know how I'll repay this favor, Drake."
Drake waved his hand and said nonchalantly, "it's a small matter to me"
"The teleportation can only carry 1,000 people per use. Will we finish teleporting them all by today?" The king murmured.
Drake listened to him and said, "that won't be a problem either."
Drake order his shadow soldiers to divide equally in three armies and get inside his girls' shadows. Soon, the whole army disappeared inside the girls' shadows.
The king was again stunned.
Drake then took the demons from his shadow and asked them to follow their kin to the battlefield.
The demons were static, they could finally showcase their powers to their lord.
Soon the teleportation were complete, Drake sent Diabla's kin as medics with many elixirs and full potions and were divided equally with the three armies.
Only Diabla stayed behind to scort Drake.
Testarossa was sent to other Partheno's cities.
Carrera was sent to the elf kingdom of Dissia.
Ultima was sent to the dragon kingdom of Nidual.
When everyone was teleported, Drake followed the King to a celebratory meal. Although he wanted to celebrate with his girls, the king promised to make a bigger celebration once everyone returned.
Drake tried using shadow extraction on the broken crystals but it seemed they lack a soul.
