Sairis's POV
Sairis looked at the ceiling and exhaled through his nose, loudly, without meaning to. It came out before he could stop it, and the room went quiet.
Loreen stopped what he was doing and looked at him. "What is the problem," he said.
Sairis pressed his cheek against his teeth and shook his head. "Nothing," he said. "Carry on, please."
Loreen arched a brow. "You are not going to sit there and sigh like that and then tell me it is nothing." He said.
How about, stop being so fucking handsome and delicious, your highness. Sairis would have said that out loud without hesitation, but Edgar was in the room, so he shook his head.
"I am fine," Sairis said.
Loreen arched a brow. "Do not tell me you are bored sitting there," he said. The corner of his mouth was doing something that was not quite a smile but was close enough to be deliberate.
Sairis looked at him. "Actually it is something else entirely," he said. "But I am not sure I can say it here."
