Chapter 420: Kill That Idiot Apollo First!

As the goddesses listened attentively, Seito shared the details of his previous conversation with Zeus, along with an overview of the current situation in the Western Mythos Faction.
Hearing the breakdown, many of the girls fell into deep thought.
"Hehe, Athena is mine!" Kirukiru Amou grinned widely. She had been eyeing Athena for a long time.
"I really didn't expect Odin to be one of the Twelve Main Gods instead of Apollo," Risa Shiramine remarked in surprise.
Still, looking at it that way made total sense. As the chief deity of Norse mythology, it would be strange if Odin didn't hold a special position in this merged world.
"This is exactly why I despise Zeus," Shizuka Hiratsuka muttered, lighting a cigarette and taking a drag.
It would be one thing if Zeus simply kept a private harem. But the incest? That was something Shizuka absolutely couldn't stand. And she wasn't the only one—the rest of the girls shared her disgust.
"What's our next move then?" Hiyori Minami turned her gaze toward Seito.
"Just help Tet stabilize the Central Region for now," Seito answered.
Having just conquered the Central Region, it would naturally take some time to settle things down. However, Seito was only taking care of basic cleanup. As for long-term development? That was completely out of the question—he was already eligible to ascend to the Main God Realm! Before long, he would officially make his breakthrough.
The others nodded in understanding. After that, everyone went about their own tasks, while Seito headed to the back of the palace to rest for a bit.
A few hours passed, and the Central Region of the God-King Star Sector officially settled into complete stability.
Meanwhile, the local gods down in the DanMachi world received Zeus's invitation to the upcoming divine gathering.
Receiving this sudden invitation, many gods wore strange expressions. Unable to figure out the reason behind it, they decided to return to the Divine Realm the next day, as the dimensional portal to the upper realm would open then.
Down in the lower realm... inside a private manor...
"Hahaha! Finally! The opportunity has finally arrived!" Apollo burst into hysterical laughter.
Whenever he recalled Seito and Kitahara Iori, he felt a sharp, phantom pain in his rear. But now, his long-awaited chance for revenge had finally come!
"Hestia! So what if you used your Main God Authority to block me?! The second I see Zeus tomorrow, I'll tell him everything about what happened down here!" Apollo grinned coldly, a malicious glint flashing in his eyes.
Did Hestia really think blocking his communications with Zeus via her Main God Authority would keep him quiet forever? He could still inform Zeus directly in person!
With that thought in mind, Apollo felt in an exceptionally good mood.
Meanwhile, over at Seito's Familia compound...
Inside the main mansion.
Sora, Hestia, Bell, and Lili sat gathered together.
Looking at Hestia across the table, Sora asked, "So you're saying Seito and Iori offended Apollo back then?"
"That's right," Hestia nodded.
Hearing that, Sora rested his chin in his hand, lost in thought. Hestia had just explained how Seito's group clashed with Apollo, emphasizing that Apollo could pose a massive threat to their upcoming plans. If Zeus found out Seito had visited the DanMachi world beforehand, he would inevitably grow suspicious of Seito's motives.
Because of this, Hestia wanted Sora to execute the god!
"Wait, Apollo hasn't told Zeus yet?" Sora asked, slightly puzzled.
"Nope. I used my Main God Authority to seal off his connection to Zeus," Hestia replied.
"How did you manage to seal him off? Isn't he one of the Twelve Main Gods?" Sora paused, taken aback.
In standard Greek mythology, Apollo was one of the Twelve Main Gods. Logically, he should have held the same rank as Hestia. How could Hestia cut off his communication so easily?
"He's not a Main God," Hestia shook her head, repeating the explanation she had previously given to Seito.
Understanding dawned on Sora, but his brow soon furrowed again.
"If I kill a god down here, won't Zeus pick up on the disturbance immediately?" Sora pointed out the problem. With his current strength, taking down Apollo was effortless, but making a move directly would definitely alert Zeus.
"Can't you just take him into your Divine Kingdom first?" Hestia asked in surprise.
"I'm not a primary deity of the Space Faction, so I can't freely pull external targets in," Sora answered helplessly, before
adding, "Forget it, I'll just ping Seito."
Opening his system panel, Sora accessed the chat channel.
[Executive Private Chat]
[Sora: @Seito. Seito, drop by the other world for a sec. Hestia and I want to get rid of Apollo, but if either of us makes a move, Zeus might notice.]
Reading the message, Seito considered the situation. Apollo really was long overdue for execution. He hadn't eliminated the guy earlier simply because his own strength hadn't been high enough, making him cautious about alerting Zeus.
But things were completely different now. As a peak-stage God-King, executing Apollo right under Zeus's nose was child's play. Recalling Apollo's previous pathetic threats, Seito felt a wave of disgust.
[Seito: Hold on, I'm coming over now.]
Back in the DanMachi world.
Seeing Seito's reply, Sora closed his panel and smiled. "Alright, we just need to wait for Seito to arrive."
"How long will he take?" Hestia asked.
"I'm already here," a voice called out from behind them.
Hestia and Lili whipped around to find Seito standing there with a calm smile.
"That was fast!" Hestia gasped. As expected of the Space God-King—his travel speed was ridiculously fast!
"Not bad, right?" Seito chuckled softly. "I'm heading over to deal with Apollo now. Anyone coming along?"
"I'm in," Sora nodded.
"Count me in too," Hestia agreed.
Bell and Lili looked at each other, keeping quiet since this was a matter among gods.
"You two come along as well," Seito said, glancing at Bell and Lili.
Though the two were still relatively weak, it wouldn't be long before they achieved godhood. Experiencing events like this early would serve as a great eye-opener for them.
"For real?!" Bell's eyes lit up with excitement. Lili was equally thrilled, though she kept a calmer posture.
"Yep," Seito nodded.
"Awesome!" Bell cheered out loud.
With a wave of his hand, Seito drew the group into his spatial pocket before using spatial movement to teleport away.
