'One man scorned and covered with scars still strove with his last ounce of courage to reach the unreachable stars; and the world will be better for this.'- Miguel de Cervantes.
Naruko sat in Tsunade's office, waiting for her aunt figure to appear. She really needed to find out what was wrong. She couldn't become unhealthy just after becoming Hokage. She intended to be in the position longer than even Jiji was, so she had to keep it up and stay good shape.
The busty blonde entered the office and sat in the rotating chair, clipboard in hand.
"I have to say, Gaki. I was shocked to see you suddenly coming in and demanding a check-up. What's wrong?"
Naruko paled, "Ba-chan, I think there's something wrong with me."
Tsunade looked up at the clock, checking that it was indeed, eight in the morning and it was too damn early for this serious shit. But, her god-daughter genuinely looked worried, so she sucked up her annoyance at waking up so early and faced the younger blonde.
"Please described to me, what make you think so. Even the smallest minutia can mean something, so don't hold back."
Naruko took a deep breath. In that moment, an automatic air freshener that Tsunade had purchased the previous week for her desk, puffed out a large cloud of Carnation scented air, right in Naruko's face.
The blonde sneezed, shoulders shaking. Suddenly, her stomach rolled and she felt it hit her hard. The nausea was intense and she looked around frantically. Spotting Tsunade's trash bin, she grabbed it and sank to the floor, emptying her already empty stomach into it.
Tsunade watched the proceedings with worry. Naruko couldn't really get sick. It was something that the Kyuubi ensured. So, what was wrong with her?
Naruko sighed as the convulsions subsided and she sat back in her chair. Tsunade handed her a bottle of water, which she instantly gargled with and rid her mouth of most of the residue from her teeth. Tsunade then held out a piece of mint gum, which the younger blonde too k with a grateful smile.
"Well, let's talk about what just happened. What exactly caused you to vomit?"
Naruko took a deep breath and tried to relax herself, the tremors wracking her body had toned down considerably and she felt a lot better, especially with the gum.
"The smell of that flower just killed me. I usually likefloral scents, but I don't know, it made me sick. And I had already regurgitated this morning, which meant that there was nothing but acids and fluids this time," she answered. A shivered of disgust ran down her spine at the memory. She had never thrown up before and it was not a good experience.
Tsunade's brow quirked, "You had already retched early this morning? Are there any other problems that you have noticed, or possible symptoms? Remember, anything can mean something big."
Naruko nodded, "Yes. I've never thrown up before, that is a big point. I also weighed myself when I woke up and I was horrified to see that I was ten pounds heavier! My stomach and breasts are bigger. Ba-chan, I'm getting fat!"
Tsunade stared at the young Kage for a moment, and stood. Motioning with a finger, she lead Naruko from the room and into a very special room, for high priority doctor's appointments. Naruko's Anbu guards surrounded the room immediately. Two outside, guarding the door and two outside the window of the room. Tsunade was also a formidable shinobi and was the reason why there weren't two more guards in the room with them. Then there was the Hokage herself, who was most certainly not someone to trifle with, even when she was ill.
Tsunade put up and very detailed privacy seal and Naruko added her own to the mess, just in case.
"I'm going to put you through a series of tests. Ranging from physical to emotional to psychological. It's a good things I'm licensed for all sorts of testing, that way you don't have to go to anyone else."
Naruko nodded and waited as Tsunade didn't the usual checking of her temperature and her breathing. Her heart rate was a little faster than normal, but the older blonde stated that it was because her body was calming down from the abrupt emptying of its' stomach.
Tsunade then went on to check her hair and nails, which she didn't understand, but said nothing anyway. Tsunade flashed a very bright light in her eyes, mumbling something about proper dilation and all. She checked the skin around Naruko's eyes and apparently found no issues.
A quick blood sample was taken and Tsunade spent half an hour over it, though Naruko had no idea what that was going to do. She read some Icha Icha while Tsunade was occupied.
When she was finished, Tsunade proceeded to give Naruko some ink blot test. Naruko's answers weren't creepy, surprising the medic immensely. In fact, her answers were ridiculous! Clowns and candy and even a robot with otters on its' arms. Tsunade move on to another test after that, because she literally couldn't tell anything. Naruko's answers were nowhere near anything that would usually be expected. And from the previous answers given in the Konoha hospital, hers didn't match any of them.
"I'm going to say a word and you'll say the first that comes to your mind, alright. We'll keep doing this until i feel we should stop," Tsunade explained, pulling out a clipboard.(A/N: Italics are Naruko's answers.)

Tsunade nodded silently. "Well, you're actually a more optimistic person than I would have thought. But as soon as things that remind you of Hiashi pop up, you get annoyed and bitter, which is totally alright, because the bastard should suffer."
Naruko grinned at her aunt figure and waited for another test to come along.
"I need a urine sample. Go into the bathroom and fill this."
Naruko was handed an orange bottle with all sorts of markings on it. She shrugged and did as ordered. She had no idea what was going on, but Tsunade did and that was good enough.
After an hour more of odd tests, Tsunade had to leave to check the results on Naruko's urine. She wrinkled her nose. She was glad she wasn't a doctor, because dealing with such things was gross.
Blood of her enemy didn't disgust her as much as the thought of messing with someone's piss!
Tsunade returned a few moments later with several pieces of paper and an odd machine.
"I want you to start meditating, so that your heart rate doesn't affect the final test."
Naruko sighed, but laid down on the table and closed herself off, deciding to visit Kyuubi instead.
Tsunade looked at the monitor and then to Naruko's unclothed stomach. She grinned widely as she moved the sensor around. This was a miracle!
She quickly put everything away and cleaned her patient off. And as she made some notes on her clipboard, Naruko awoke.
"Do you know what illness I have now, Ba-chan?"
Tsunade put on a very solemn look and said in an emotionless tone, "Yes. I have conducted many tests in the last few hours and have finally come to a conclusion."
The younger blonde leaned forward, desperate to hear what was wrong with her.
Tsunade looked away and gave a light sigh. Seriously, her acting skills should be awarded.
"I have deduced, that there is nothing wrong with you. You're just growing up."
Naruko stared for another minute and then yelled, "What the hell, Ba-chan?! You had me worried and everything!"
Tsunade smiled lightly, "Oh calm down! I told you there was nothing wrong with you. However, now that we've determined that you are perfectly healthy, I have other news to give you. I may as well give it now."
Naruko sat back in her chair and gave the woman an expectant look.
Tsunade sighed, "It has to do with Sasuke."
Naruko was all ears instantly. "What's wrong with my Ducky?" she asked in worry.
Tsunade couldn't help but find that cute, especially with where she was going with this.
"Well, I figured that I'd come to you and have you tell him. I don't think I'm the appropriate one to do so. He would take the news better from you."
"For the love of the Kami, Ba-chan, tell me what's wrong with my Ducky!"
Tsunade looked down, "It turns out, that Sasuke Uchiha…."
"Yes?!"
"Well….Sasuke Uchiha….is exactly .03%, Naruko."
The younger blonde was reduced to confusion. "Huh?"
Tsunade sacked a hand to her face. Of course she wouldn't get it!
"Naruko, you suffered a traumatic event when you were younger. It resulted in what?"
"Destruction of my internal organs that resulted in me being unable to procreate."
"Actually, you were given a percentage that determined your chance of getting pregnant. Can you remember what that percentage was?" Tsunade asked.
Naruko thought back and nodded. "Yes."
"And it was…."
"Well, .03%, Ba-chan."
"So, you have a .03% chance of getting pregnant?"
The younger blonde nodded, "it's not much, but yes."
Tsunade grinned, "Exactly. And I am telling you, that-that .03% is Sasuke Uchiha! Of course you'd get the man who exactly matches what you need to have a kid!"
Naruko was floored, "Wait a minute! Are you telling me, that Sasuke succeeded in impregnating me, even though I only had less than a 1% chance of it happening?!"
Tsunade nodded happily, grinning widely.
Naruko stared at her hands, which were now holding her stomach.
Kyuu, did you know about this?
Yes. I've been trying to keep you fertilized, hoping that maybe your Uchiha would succeed and when he did, I worked to keep you healthier than normal. Congratulations, Kit.
Naruko took a deep breath and that was all it took for the tears to flow. Tsunade rounded the desk and pulled the young woman into a hug. It must have been a shock. To know for years that there is basically no chance of you ever having children and the finding out that your husband had somehow succeeded in making you pregnant, must have been a shock.
After several moment of calming the girl down, Tsunade asked, "Want to know more?"
Naruko nodded and they sat on the sofa that was conveniently placed by the big window.
"You're five months along and you are carrying twins! Two boys. First pregnancies always take longer for things to develop, because it's the first time it's happening. If my calculations are correct, Sasuke got you on your honeymoon. I'm impressed to say that he works fast, must be an Uchiha thing."
Naruko was breathing deeply as she processed the information. "I'm really, pregnant?"
"Yes. I'm so happy for you! I'm going to be a grandma!"
Naruko laughed, "Well, at your age…"
"Don't start Gaki."
"I get to tell Sasuke?"
"Yes, good luck by the way. Now, I will schedule appointments for you and I would advise you to start baby shopping. Kids need a lot of things, trust me."
Naruko was debriefed on everything she would have to watch out for. Things she could and couldn't do. A list of foods to eat more of and she was dismayed to read that Ramen couldn't be an often occurrence, for health reason.
Her guards rotated shifts as she ran home. She ordered one of them to find Sasuke and send him home and then headed inside the large house.
Karin was home and she looked at Naruko, who wasn't decked out in full battle gear. She then squealed loudly.
"I can't believe it! When are you due?!"
Naruko was shocked and had to slap a hand over the girl's mouth. "How did you know?"
Karin grinned, "Sensor. Now that you aren't wearing the chakra armor or the suppressors, I can sense two other chakra signatures with yours! Their networks are already developing!"
Naruko gaped for a moment, "Wow. You're good. And I'm nearing the beginning of my third trimester, apparently."
Karin jumped up and down. "Yes! I'm going to be an older sister! I have to go and tell Konohamaru, since I know you'll tell Sasuke when he gets in!"
The redhead ran from the house, leaving a very shocked blonde behind. Not for long though, because Kei appeared out of nowhere. "You're truly pregnant?" he asked.
She nodded.
"Congratulations, Naruko."
She beamed, "Thanks, Kei. Sasuke will be home soon, don't tell him!"
The teen nodded and disappeared back to wherever he came from.
Naruko made her way to their bedroom and contemplated on how to tell Sasuke.
She wasn't even in the room for a minute when he appeared, dressed in full Jonin garb. Upon seeing her so dressed down, he sat beside her on the bed and took her hands.
"Are you okay?" he asked, sounding nervous.
She nodded and gave him as mile. "Sasuke, did you ever want children?"
He considered her for a moment, "Well, yes, at one point in time I did. But don't think that I'm unhappy. I'll be just fine without any. Besides, I have you and I can't be any more selfish, can I?"
Naruko smiled brightly at him and leaned in to kiss him softly.
"You're a sweetheart, Ducky."
"I know."
Naruko and wrapped her arms around him, "I guess it'll be a shock for me to tell you that we're expecting ducklings soon."
Sasuke froze for just an instant. He pulled away a bit and looked her up and down. "Are you serious?" he asked in disbelief.
She smiled, tears in her eyes. "You, Mr. Uchiha, are my .03%!"
Sasuke was on his feet, spinning her around. "I can't believe it!"
"Neither could I! But I'm five months along with twin boys!"
The two stared at one another and Sasuke set her down gently. "Even now, you managed to defy all odds, Mrs. Uchiha."
"It's all because of you, Ducky. You were the one to defy the very drastic odds. Thank you, Sasuke. You've given something I never thought I would have."
The Jonin gave her a smirk, "Well, I couldn't have done it without you."
She returned the grin, "No, you couldn't have."
"Shall we celebrate, my dear?"
"Where to, my love?"
"How about where I took you for your fourteenth birthday?"
"Ohh! Good memories too! Okay then, but we must change."
Sasuke placed a hand on her abdomen and smiled. He was so excited!
