"Are you aware of the Viltrum Empire?"asked Eldrin to Cecil.
"We have heard it from Nolan, but I assume they are hostile,just like Nolan used to be." answered Cecil with concern.
Eldrin nodded and started explaining.
"They are a technologically and biologically advanced race of genocidal superpowered dictators."
"That's a rather vague explanation,but that's all I need to know. Any weaknesses?"said Cecil with even more concern.
"A specific frequency can incapacitate them,and even kill them; however, I'm not aware of the exact hertz of said frequency." answered Eldrin, but then suggested.
"How about creating an army of your own, powerful enough to handle Viltrumites?"
Cecil thought about it and honestly, that was the plan.
"That's the plan; however, if all Viltrumites are as powerful as Nolan,then we are screwed."
Eldrin looked at Cecil with pity.
"Oh fuck"cursed Cecil when he saw that.
Eldrin tapped Cecil's shoulder in sympathy and then said.
"I have managed to get a few drops of blood from Mark; we sparred a little bit,the main reason was to mold him into the main protector of this earth and the second was to get samples."
Eldrin continued.
"I have already sent them to Erskine; he will analyse them and create a serum in an attempt to artificially transform humans into Viltrumite hybrids. You will naturally be given access to the serum once it's ready."
Cecil sighed in relief and thanked Eldrin, but couldn't help but ask.
"Who is Erskine?"
Eldrin answered casually.
"The current emperor of humanity and one of the strongest humans."
Cecil was very confused by this. Since when did humanity have an emperor?
Eldrin, as if knowing what Cecil was thinking, said.
"We are not of this world, just visitors. We opened a portal here, on our Earth,every nation has united under one banner. Erskine is the first emperor of the human empire; he makes the most important decisions and is tasked with advancing the human species both technologically and biologically."
Cecil's eyes widened in shock.
"Bullshit!"
Eldrin smiled and said.
"I can take you there if you wish."
Back on Earth, two figures could be seen floating in the sky,flying at high speeds.
Cecil, who was wrapped in a cocoon made of darkness, was speechless. The cities, the nations,they were out of a sci-fi movie! Countless futuristic magnetic and floating vehicles of all kinds could be seen; the building's architecture was cybrepunk-like,people with cybernetic implants and superpowers were casually walking down the street, spaceships were coming back and forth transporting thousands of Spartans and armoured giants Eldrin called Astarte's.
"How many are enhanced and how can you control them?"asked Cecil, baffled at the impossible sight.
Eldrin too didn't exactly understand how Erskine managed to do it, but answered.
"Give them everything they want, everything they need and they will listen; however, there is still crime, it just gets resolved very quickly" Eldrin then smirked in amusement and said.
"The human empire rewards those who interfere to stop crimes.vigilantes, good Samaritans,even citizens."
Cecil felt enlightened,at first it sounded crazy and stupid, because it was, but its effectiveness cannot be dismissed.
"Write that down" said Cecil to his earpiece.
Eldrin acted as a guide and flew Cecil around for hours. Cecil had a camera that directly showed everything he saw to the scientists back in his world,said scientists were eating popcorn and at the same time recording everything useful for future plans.
In a secret underground lab was Erskine was observing a super soldier getting injected with the new serum. After 30 minutes, the transformation was complete. He was also injected with an evolution serum to accelerate the transformation.
"How are you feeling, Mister.Clark Kent?"Asked Erskine, slightly worried, Steve's transformation had given him a permanent mental scar.
Clark Kent was looking at his strengthened body in awe. He looked at Erskine and said with resolve.
"I feel like I could lift a mountain. With this strength, I could protect the human empire."
Erskine nodded when he heard this. Adam was analyzing the changes in Clark's body and the results were insane. Ageing will dramaticly slow down the older he gets, lifespans increase to tens of thousands of years and possibly more,physical attributes are absolutely terrifying with seemingly no upper limit.
Erskine tried to take off his glasses in shock,but then remembered that he didn't wear them anymore.
"Shocking, isn't it?'said Eldrin, who also brought Cecil with him. Cecil looked at the tall divine figure in shock. Erskine had white wings, long white hair,and was even taller than Eldrin.
Erskine, unbothered by Cecil, asked Eldrin in amazement.
"Where did you get these samples?"
"They are from a race called Viltrumites. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get a sample from Nolan; his DNA would be much more valuable." answered Eldrin.
When Erskine heard that, he picked Eldrin up and started searching for more samples.
"It's no use, old friend, it's a miracle that's i even managed to get samples"said Eldrin in amusement,but he had an idea.
"But there is a way to get billions of samples or bodies."
Erskine let Eldrin down when he heard that and his eyes lit up.
"Where?!"

Using advanced warp technology, numerous spaceships with the highest cloaking technology and even invisibility magic reached a planet that was surrounded by a white ring. Upon closer inspection, that white ring was made by hundreds of billions viltrumite bodie's.
