Daniel's Mansion - night time
"Imelda Rollings,"
The name was the first thing I noticed.
I didn't see the seal nor the legal heading on the document, not even the senders address.
All I saw was the name….her name.
My fingers tightened around the paper.
I kept staring at the name for several seconds.
For seven whole years she tried to make everyone believe she was his fiancé and Adrian was his son.
Now she was no longer on voice.
She was placing herself in legal terms.
Jonathan took the notice from me and read it.
I noticed his expression hardened.
"She wants to stay at the Rollings House?"
Vance nodded.
"John was checking the federal servers when he intercepted the notice and told me about it," Vance said.
"I got my office to access it and came over with him as soon as possible."
"This isn't just a claim to live there," John said.
"She's using this to become official."
I felt the same way as I did back then.
