Grand Del Hotel - Hall
Finally the council members spoke.
"Mr Fredrick," the council member said.
"As far as we know, the Harmon surname never belonged to you,"
"And the Blue Heart you want belongs to Mr Rollings,"
"So, your demand is baseless,"
"You want financial aid?"
"Mrs Rollings is giving you five hundred thousand dollars, take it …leave."
He left without taking the money.
After that we all took our leave and headed for our home.
Suite Apartment - Later at night
"Will he come back for the money?" I asked, confused.
"Veronica," Vance said.
"His claim isn't a judgement, and what he claims is only on paper, you never received it."
"Vance," I said, softly.
"Thankfully you're a great lawyer and Jonathan's friend."
"What's the matter?" Vance asked, concerned.
"Why did he come back, and in this way?"
Fredrick's sudden appearance did take me off guard.
"Matter of fact, he does have legal documents of this said welfare program," Vance said.
